Wasting people's time. Misinformation given. Had me running around for nothing. I recently moved to Maryland and I'm trying to transfer my vehicle to Maryland. You would think it would be simple but it's not. At this rate I'm just going to drive back to my former state and keep my vehicle registered there. Absolutely aggravating how they can give out the wrong information. Wasting my time and gas.

My last two experiences at this MVA in particular have been very good! This last one however blow me away! I had made an appointment and attached my mobile number. I received a reminder the day before (cool not unheard of). But here's where they got me. I arrived early and got txt to check in once I arrived. So I did while I was waiting in the start here line. I received another txt with a number assignment. Before I took two steps my number was called with a window number to report to. I couldn't believe it I was in and out 10mins after my appointment time. Mind blown RP @Unk_RP

My rep was so sweet and so super patient with me helping me through the process of transferring my out of state tags. She even took her break late to finish helping me. The location was clean. It was busy but they were moving expeditiously with kindness!

Lines are very long no matter what day or time, but they move quickly at first. Once you get to where you need to be then there's a long wait to be seen. Not sure why but they changed the licensing service, you no longer get your license in hand, they mail it but it come within 5 days. Expect to spend 1-2hrs, depending on why you're there could be longer. Parking is confusing, best to park on side of the building.

Customer service rated: 0Staff is rude.. shows on their face they hate their job, only a few with great attitudes.Driver test instructors especially have the worst attitudes here.Highly recommended to go to next closest location to you.

MVA is of no use. The ladies who are in the area to take the test are too despotic. I accompanied my daughter because it was her first time getting a driving license. I could see that only with Latinos they behaved too ugly. She yelled at my daughter. It's not a question of language because my daughter and I speak English, it's just because we are Latino, she spoke very nicely to people of her color.

First and foremost, make an appointment prior to arrival. Walk-ins are not allowed as I found out when moving back to MD, earlier this year. With your appointment reference number, you'll then be whisked away to one of the processing booths in a reasonable time frame. If all your documents are available, your visit should be efficient. If not, you may need a 2nd appointment. It's always best to bring more than you need than having to take off work for a 2nd appointment. Also, there are public restrooms at this location, which were clean when I last visited in mid September, 2023. Overall positive experiences at this location.

The workers in customer support always exhausted even in morning time, it's either they are over burden or under motivated. There is no information desk. A supervisor or shift manager should make visit to observe operations or guide troller. Bathroom not good and no water station which not cost tons of money. The computer room need repaint and lighting and some headphones.

For starters, a drunk driver hit and totaled my brand new 2022 while it was parked in front of the house and unattended on Monday June 26, 2023 at 11pm est. The driver not only hit and totaled my car, but he did the same with the mailbox. His insurance Travelers is trash as is Zurich Gap Coverage and I'm still paying on that loan as we speak. I purchased a brand new 2023 a few weeks later and I transferred the tags to the new car. The yahoo's at the MVS decided that I should still have insurance on the old VIN for the car that was wrecked. Keep in mind that I no longer have that car. About a month later Motor Vehicle Services sends me a letter asking me to return my plates. So I send them proof that the car was wrecked and I told them that the car is gone. These morons send me papers saying they cancelled my tags; so you mean to tell me that I am driving around on suspended tags? That's crazy and you're causing me the potential to have legal problems. These dummies then ask me what happened to my insurance and I tell that I transferred both my insurance and tags to the new vehicle. They then ask me so you didn't cancel and I ask them, why in the hell would I do that? I had to get on the phone with Travelers to have them add that I was neither responsible for the accident, nor did I have the totaled car in my possession. We're not even going to get started with how rude the representative was at the MVA. We're talking about the situation and in the middle of the conversation, the guy gets up and just walks away from me without an excuse me or anything. After getting Travelers to add to the letter they gave me, it took them all of 2 nearly 3 hours to tell me that my tags had not been suspended. Well why would you send me a letter saying as much? So let's recap 1. They're rude as hell 2. They provide misinformation to the public 3. They don't provide good customer service 4. They obviously don't keep good records 5. They need more training

They MUST do better with customer service and getting on the same page when it comes to customer information. This location needs to clean house and start fresh with new staff that actually care and want to come to work to assist customers. Although, we had a rough start Ms Kim (manager) put the fire out. Gave me great suggestions. Ms Evelyn was a great help. Thank you others need to take notice of their great customer service.

Nice location right off the highway, all it's own thing. Very fast service. If you have an appointment and you show up early, they can take you early too, so you're in and out. If you have difficulty walking long distances though, you might want to prepare for that. They have 30+ service windows, and I saw an elderly couple having to walk to the other side of the building when their number was called. I feel like this could be improved upon.

The individual who attempted to assist me was polite and professional... The MVA system as a whole; however, is CRACKED. So, when they call your "ticket" for counter IN... everyone is looking for an actual counter; nope, it means you are "IN" the building. The whole online pre-registration; massive joke. Most of the documents it has you gather for your appointment and they give you a green light (literally), turn out to be useless. They don't actually use them, like the QR code and letter they have you print out. You get there and get handed a sheet with what they actually will accept... she even highlighted it for me. So... one has to start the whole process over, AGAIN.

absolutely all over the place, went there to take my permit test, had to go through a hassle of nasty rude employees just to figure out where to pay $50.Im really concerned if these people are like scared of their higher ups, I know some employees wherever you go can be rude but with them its kinda under the low, they try to not make it that known, BUT THESE PEOPLE AT THIS PLACE SPECIFICALLY ARE BOLDDD!!! they really don't care on how they speak or treat you, like one of them literally screamed at me.these people are ABSOLUTE HOOLIGANSif you thinking about going to this mva?? Im sure you can find better.
