I had an unnecessarily, displeasing encounter with the "store manager"who proved to be extremely ignorant and incompetent. How and why I was not able to use my valid CVS coupon at CVS is beyond me. It's unfortunate when people have a little bit of authority at menial jobs and are purposely unhelpful and combative. Don't work in customer service if you have no intention of actually serving the customers. This is regarding the black dark skin tone male with glasses and long hair. If he is a manager, he shouldn't be with the lack of common sense and education that he displayed.

They do not answer the phone I been calling for days to get a refill and I need my refill. Leaving a voicemail is annoying and not why we call then pharmacy. I need to speak with a person!!!

I had an awful experience at this pharmacy. I arrived to this locations drive-thru to pick up my prescription at 7:40 pm. There were two cars in front of me. receiving what seemed to be slow service. By the time I got to the window it was 8:00pm. Without saying a word the pharmacy tech proceeded to pull the gate down. I went into the pharmacy, they were still waiting on a guest. I explained to them that I had been waiting there for 20 minutes. The staffs response was that they close a 8:00 pm no matter what.
As an healthcare worker and former Minute Clinic Employee I find this hard to believe. I understand there are hours of operation. However you’re supposed to service your customers whom were there before closing time.

The workers in this pharmacy don't do a good job all the time when I come to pick up medicine they don't have it ready or sometimes even if your insurance covers it they still make me call my insurance even making me call my doctor to see if they can switch the medication my last medication the people from the doctors office and my doctor had to call twice so I can get my medicine they keep saying that the insurance doesn't cover it even if the system says that it was approved

I bought vcks rub tonight and noticed when I got home I did not have it. I went back to the store and the guy working did nothing I had my reciept so I clearly paid for it. He gonna say he's been up front all night and sir I Paid for the item either give me my money back or let me get the item

If I could give 0 stars I would. it saddens me that women of my own skin tone are so nasty spirited, mean and with such disgusting attitudes that I have never seen on women I am actually shocked. I have never in my life received this type of treatment from any pharmacy I have ever been to! Rotten service. They will not give you your full prescriptions! Missing pills out of bottles. Open them and count them right there. They will LIE to your face with proof In your hand and tell you that your prescriptions are not there!! When I tell u I got out the drive thru parked my car, walked right up to the counter where I got to see the nasty dark cloud over this pharmacy I will be changing from. The person at the register was completely unprofessional . Peoples health and medications are serious business! I don’t know what type of time y’all on in there but yall better do some healing internally every single one of you have nasty auras . I will be finding out how to properly report this cvs. No one should have to deal with any of you the world is already hard enough. Have the day yall deserve monsters

They don’t want to talk to the customer (the people who pay their money)… they will, however, talk to the doctor or prescriber. So basically, if your prescription hasn’t been run through your insurance… or you want to price it to see if it’s cheaper with GoodRx.. or they have you on hospice care insurance when you’ve never ever been in hospice to even visit (true story they had me on hospice insurance and the medication was still 1378.00) you can’t call them to fix their screw up… because they want you to leave a message which they will likely not return… you have to go into the store and stand in a line when a phone call to a person working there can do the job… oh and if you’re handicapped, sick… or had a long day and don’t feel like standing up… well you can’t count on that drive thru…. Which when active is always a surprise… because it’s actually being manned. I’ve been going to this pharmacy for at least 20 years and it has steadily declined with no hope of getting better.

Every time I need to pick up something from the pharmacy, which is not often, the medication is out of stock or isn’t ready even after several days. I’m going to switch from CVS pharmacy to a different pharmacy.

After paying for my prescriptions I noticed one of the bags were smaller than usual. I opened up the bag and noticed a prescription patch that I usually get as %5 was %4. I then went to the consultation window to ask the pharmacist if the doctor changed the strength or is this all they had. I placed the box on the counter. He grabbed the bag forcefully from the counter and angrily slammed the box down in front of him saying, “we’re supposed to be at lunch oh well I guess I won’t eat today.” I was like somewhat despondent and didn’t know what to say because I never had that kind of experience before especially from that cvs. He started angrily and forcefully hitting each keystroke of the computer. I became a little anxious. He clarified the information and slammed the cage or whatever that thing is down. I was so surprised never ever have I ever experienced anything like that. Whatever is going on CVS need to address it. The pharmacist seem frustrated, angry and just rude.

I really tried to like this CVS location. The staff are generally kind and attentive. The pharmacy just does not live up to a decent standard. If you get an alert that your prescription is ready, when you arrive, go to the pick-up counter, you learn your prescription is NOT ready. You schedule appointments for vaccinations online, receive reminder alerts, show up at your appointment time and learn either they are out of vaccines, on break, or unavailable for xx time. I do understand that things come up but better communication to your customers is desired. Please read and learn from these reviews, CVS, and do better. Not try, Do.

Store has expired snacks and other edible things all over the food section. They have items that are literally 3-6 months old and they are still on the shelves to be sold. That shows that this store does not inventory their foods. Stay far away.

FOLLOWED THROUGH THE STORE, REALLY?!!
I also have video, the employee pictured followed me through the store tonight, around 9PM. NOTE: I gave her no reason to follow me around. When I began recording her, she started pretending to take inventory. It is absolutely unnerving and INSULTING to be profiled in a neighborhood wherein I have lived since 2016. This employee should be made aware, there are black people with money, and that her behavior is thoroughly UNACCEPTABLE!!
