Horrible management they had prices wrong and when it was checked at the register Refuse to honor the price they had advertised. Employee wanted to do it, but the manager refused. Didn’t even apologize just walked away.

This is the most horrible CVS pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The lead pharmacist is rude, I’ve heard the pharmacy techs and pharmacist discussing my medical information so loud that other people in the area can hear. The pharmacist is very condescending and speaks to me disrespectfully. After an exchange with the pharmacist and the staff, they laugh at me as I walk away. As a former minute clinic employee, I am appalled by how they treat people at this pharmacy.

This is for the pharmacy. I'm trying to get the number for corporate. When I call now I have to press the number as if I'm a doctor because they don't answer the main number for pharmacy anymore and they won’t call you back if you leave a voice message. So Latisha answers the phone and tells me that eventhough I got a text message today in the afternoon from CVS telling me today is the last day to pick up my medicine they pull the medicine in the morning which means it was already put back, which is stupid and unprofessional. Then I asked her to check to see if it was the medicine that I thought it was and she puts me on hold and of course hangs up eventually. I called back on the doctors line and speak to her again and she says she can't keep taking my call on that line. I told her well you all don't answer the other line and you all don't call people back when they leave messages. I then asked for the supervisor and she says he's busy. I'm tired of this raggedy CVS. I put my money into this raggedy place so I'm not going to just leave and go to another CVS that's further away just because they unprofessional giving poor service. Im going to say something until they change. So if someone knows the number to corporate please post it!

Juan and his staff need to be replaced. He refused to allow me to use coupons with my rainchecks per CVS' policy. He and his staff are very nasty. I think he gets a kick out of talking down to elderly, black women.

The pharmacist behind the counter in the pharmacy said unfortunately all the registers are closed when I asked if I can get my wife's covid medication. I personally know that she could've walked the medication up front to the register. Thanks CVS!!

Pharmacist are not knowledgeable at all. They don’t even know how to bill your insurance correctly I tried calling the pharmacy it goes directly to voicemail. You cannot speak with anyone you have call the front store to get transferred back to the pharmacy in order to speak with someone in the pharmacy department. I’m only dealing with them because there closer to home but ASAP. I will be having everything transferred to a completely different pharmacy.

The customer service this morning in the pharmacy was less than subpar. I had a confortation with two of pharmacy team members and the manager just stood there like she was spectator. She did not do anythingto mitigate the situation. nNo apology for the staff's behavior...absolutely nothing! I didn't know she was the manager at time.My family has long move our regular medication to another location, but I stopped in to get some allergy medication and they were out of it, so I asked them to call another store yo see if theyvhad the neducation. The staff told me he was unable to check unless I knew the store number...I know this is not true because I've been at other locations in other areas and this was a customary practice without any confrontation and /or disrespect.Needless to say, this location is not worthy of the one star I had to give to leave this message. I truly hope corporate steps in to train this team on the basics. If that is not possible, then they should definitely close the doors as this kind of service will detoreriate the brand.

Absolutely horrible my Dr. Sent In prescription and I was told they did not receive it. Tried to call voice mail full no one answered phone after many attempts to call sent to voice mail. This pharmacy should be reported to the MD board. If anyone is sick leaving hospital and believe they can go and pick up medicine think again. Horrible!

This young Lady named Mariam was a great influence on me today. I'm an older woman and not good at using my raincheck. She helped me without getting an attitude. She is so very nice and professional. Please thank her for me and tell her to keep up the good work. I will continue shopping there as long as she is there. Thank you cvs for hiring her.

I went to CVS, after a long day at the Doctors Office for my husband. I went there to get Calcium without D, I saw this young lady, did she work th ere, attitude was nasty, she's aid Yes But I am off, so I asked her if she could tell me where the Calcium with D, she say over there,I looked looked and looked, so the man that on the phone, he came out and I asked him, silent, then I saw the Manager and he was Nasty, he looked and found it, I was trying to tell him what happen, he told me that I have to be Patient, because they were busy and I waited and waited before I asked anybody. THE BAD THING IS THAT MY MEDICATIONS COME FROM THEM. MANY PEOPLE HAVE COMP,AINTS ABOUT THIS STORE FOR MANY YEARS,

I went to this facility tonight to pick up medicine and I was in line by 5:50 and two customers were ahead of me. When 6:00 pm came, Nevine went to the outside of the pharmacy and closed the window on all three customers, which was unacceptable because we were all in line way before 6:00 pm. She advised us to come back in the morning and refused to open the window until her coworker said she was still helping two customers. She was very rude to the customers and her coworker and began arguing back and forth with us and saying she had to leave. I understand that it was 6:00 pm when the pharmacy closed, but we were already in line and this is a pharmacy. She had no compassion or care for the customers in line and it was very disappointing. A lot of people need medicine to survive and if her coworker was not there, she would have left. Do not recommend this facility. Will be filing a complaint.
