Pharmacy line is always long. Always one person at the pick up line. They must be struggling because this is a mess. Help the clerks so it can be move faster for customers. I plan on moving my prescriptions somewhere else. ASAP!

I had to give something or I couldn’t leave a review. There is no customer service here, they lie and say they haven’t received the prescription mean while you receive a text message confirming. I picked up my medication the next day & was given the wrong medication with my name on it.The people are rude, I will never use this Pharmacy again!

The pharmacy has exiting and excellent workers. They are very helpful and greeting customers. They made you want to be in their space. They asks questions which made you feel comfortable.

They never answer the phone… they have a terrible voice mail system now. my doctor nor my insurance company can get in contact with them. I’ve been trying to speak with someone for a week and this is a medicine I really need.

Absolutely hate this pharmacy and it is the worse. Had a prescription called in a week ago that NEVER got filled. Long lines due to lack of staff. You can’t call ahead of time either because they NEVER answer the phone. I had to call on the doctor’s line just to speak with someone. STOP GIVING THEM YOUR BUSINESS

This is the worst CVS Pharmacy point blank period. There are five workers behind the counter and there are ten people in line...I'm literally the second person in line and this fool has been letting I guess his homies in front of me. I have been waiting for 1 prescription for 20 damn minutes. I don't believe anyone at this pharmacy works...at all. Either that or they are cardboard cutouts of people. This will not only be the last prescription I put in this location but the last purchase I will make from this CVS PERIOD! This location will not be missed especially when there is a CVS in the Target .1 miles away and a better one about two miles away. Do not support this location. Everyone in the pharmacy obviously does not want to work or even be there so let them hit that unemployment line. Fuck if I care. I just got my prescription...30 minutes in LINE LATER!

I truly wish I could leave zero stars! I currently have COVID and have been going back and forth with the pharmacist about my prescription being sent over. For another phrmascist to come and say there it is on the screen. The pharmacist are incompetent and LAZY as hell. Do yourself a favor and don't come here

And THIS is supposed to be a “pharmacy”? Boxes and products in the walkway amid dirty shelves. It’s just so sad that people come here in need of medical assistance and this is how they are served. Waited in line nearly a half hour with a team that seems less than interested in customers. Saying this is “racist” would be obvious, but I also think there’s a bit of economic bias. Why is a store that serves majority of people of color held to this standard? Would we see this in Georgetown or Fairfax County (VA)? We want MORE, CVS!

This store needs a management reorganization!! The pharmacy is absurd! I don't know how the lines are to the front of the store, the staff is so rude and could care less about your medication concerns. They called in the wrong prescription not once but twice after being told it was wrong!I cant believe people still put their lives in their hands! I've been waiting 5 days for a typical cream with no communication of status. Instead the gentlemen releases the script and tells me "find another CVS who has it then and fill it there"I work in retail and understand the frustration so I usually am very patient but THIS was experience has been unbelievable!

The protein bars I purchased were expired and I received a call from the pharmacy the next day saying that they gave me someone else's RX medication. I live well over an hour away with no traffic and they asked me to look for the meds and bring it back. Traffic during the week makes the drive nearly 2hours and gas is not free. The store was dark, dirty, and dimly lit. Several items were out of stock. It has gone downhill and I will not be back.

I wish I could give this pharmacy zero stars. It's the absolute worst run pharmacy in the Bowie/Upper Marlboro area. The lack of regard for customer service is ridiculous. Standing in line for over an hour isn't acceptable anywhere. I don't understand how there is such a disparity between the service at the Target CVS right across the parking lot and this store.

This CVS should be closed for good, for cleaning. The store is FILTHY. Dust and dirt on shelving, with merchandise. Went for flu vaccine and the pharmacist had a serious attitude. This area set up for this purpose was dusty and dirty. The pharmacist didn't wipe anything off.She did not have name badge on. The cashiers at the pharmacy counter are rude.Why do predominatly African American areas have to be subjected to substandard conditions.Close this store

The reliability of a pharmacist showing up is dicey. Today is the second time I have waited 30 minutes for the pharmacist to show up, just to leave empty handed because I needed to return to work. Not to mention I was at the pharmacy yesterday and was told not only was mine like others’ prescription on hold but it would take 30 minutes to fill.
