I’ve used Barry for insurance since I started driving. The office staff has changed over the years but the addition of Gabriella has really boosted my satisfaction of continuing my service through this office. The best experience I have had with State Farm insurance in terms of service from the staff is excellent, especially Gabriela's, very friendly and super efficient, she always clarifies doubts as best as possible and helps a lot in everything, without a doubt, we highly recommend them, I give them 5 stars.

Gabriella has been our insurance agent for several years now and is always responsive and attentive to our needs. She answers questions quickly and makes changes to our policies right away when needed. We have car, home, life, and business insurance with State Farm through her.

I had State Farm insurance through Barry Pope’s office for a little over 5 years. I have had a terrible experience with Gabriella in particular on multiple occasions. She is extremely rude and has terrible customer service skills. I’ve had no issues with Colleen or Barry Pope himself when I am able to speak with them but Gabriella has been rude on several different occasions. I would give her a zero on customer service if I could. She is the reason I have chosen to go with a different insurance company because I never want to deal with her customer service again.

I’ve dealt with several insurance companies throughout the years and Barry Pope and his team are by far the best team I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Not to mention having the cheapest rates thus far. Gabriela is always helpful, resourceful and extremely informative. The customer service was very rude, she was not helpful at all. I don't know what was wrong with her in my opinion let her find another job. The customer service on the 03/19/2024 around 10:20 am.
