I only go here because my company has an account here otherwise I would tell everyone I know to avoid it. Every time I have to go here there are at least 3 workers sitting around while the ONE teller handles the line to the door. Clearly nobody cares. All other BofA locations I have been to are not like this so it’s obviously just this branch’s issue.

My father went to exchange coins (which were already packed) for cash. The clerk gave him an attitude as if she doesn’t get paid to do these type of transactions. They made him wait a very long time and then kept asking if he had an account and asked for his social security number. My father has his mortgage with Bank of America and never misses and this is the type of treatment he gets? Please tell your staff to find another place to work if they are so bothered by the things they are supposed to do.

We visited this BOA on a Saturday and were turned away because they didn’t have a banker available and we didn’t have an appointment. Are appointments required? Answer, “No.” Ok, that’s fine, so we made an appointment for 9AM Monday morning. It’s now Monday morning and we arrived a few minutes early for our appointment. The lobby is supposed to open at 9:00. It’s 9:30, the lights are out, and the door is locked. So frustrating.

Go to the Dunkirk branch instead, they’re very helpful there unlike this BOA branch. .. or M&T is right down the street.

Myself and fellow managers are constantly being harassed by Jeff and Adrian every time we enter the building. Unfortunately we are forced to use this branch due to our business. We have tried to work with them to come in on better days (funny that the customer has to appease the business providing the service) but we still get to hear comments uttered under their breath and to other customers. It is completely unprofessional. You know what day and around what time we come in every week-maybe you should be better prepared to make everything run smoothly instead of standing back and complaining and forcing us to step back and wait. We're customers too.

Have been using this bank for years through work, and it started out so well. Over time Adrian, the teller has become extremely rude and doesn't want to help us or when he does, is rude about doing so. After a big issue, we spoke to the manager of the establishment, Jeff Fluharty, and let's just say.... He was literally no help to us either. He made it seem like it was our fault and made no effort to fix the situation. Unfortunately we can't stop using this bank due to our company.

I believe they are understaffed because it will take you 15 - 20 minutes to cash a check. If you use the drive through you have to press the call button multiple times before they respond. The customer service isn't great either. Other Bank of America locations don't seem to have these problems.
