Go to the Dunkirk branch instead, they’re very helpful there unlike this BOA branch. .. or M&T is right down the street.

Worst location I have ever been in , the people are completely rude , seem like they don’t care about customers , ? ? ? ? ? ?

I believe they are understaffed because it will take you 15 - 20 minutes to cash a check. If you use the drive through you have to press the call button multiple times before they respond. The customer service isn't great either. Other Bank of America locations don't seem to have these problems.
