The company has not completed work for over 2.5 years. Still have no certificate of occupancy. My sister owner of the property has since died. They will not communicate with our family or our attorney. They are abusive and dishonest. Dealing with them is a nightmare.

Avedon is an Amazing company, even when my insurance company denied my claim they stuck by me. I would recommend them for any with a fire. Their workers were fast and very professional. Don't let insurance companies talk you out of their work, they are worth it. They get the job done.

This company is the worst they will put you in a contract and come the first few weeks then they don't show up and the quality of work is terrible, they are untrustworthy. I only did the one star which they don't deserve.

A man that works for this company approached me in the parking lot and threatened me over a parking spot!!!! When I went inside to tell management about the employee the woman did nothing about it. The man came from out of the back very aggressively and stood less than 1 foot from my face with his arms crossed as if he was going to do something. I am a female and this man tried to intimidate me. He was a very big guy and I didn't appreciate it. The fact that the women inside did not stop this man is crazy to me.

Let me start by saying my house caught fire 12/31/2023, Avedon stepped in, and I am totally impressed with the work and the way that they are moving in restoring my home, I felt very comfortable working with them, they are very professional they make you feel very comfortable working with them. I am totally impressed with their work and communication that they have with the costumer I would recommend Avedon to all that want a service and teamwork that I have received from this company, my house is almost ready for me to move back in. again, this is a phenomenal company to deal with. Very customer friendly. Trust me you will not be disappointed.

Thanks Avedon USA for everything! My deck now feels safe to sit on,and now looks amazing. I’m excited about using it this summer!! Thanks again also for replacing my window glass it saved me from having to replace the whole window… I will definitely use y’all again for my next home project ?

Awesome company to deal with always engaged with Professionalism, Quality and outstanding customer service . They keep you informed and always strive to exceed your expectation while being cost conscious . They have transformed our kitchen and bathroom to a wonderful look totally up lifting our home to a modern look . They also inspected and upgraded unexpectedly our electrical and plumbing previous installations. Their flooring was exceptional . We are really pleased with their work and their follow up to ensure quality assurance . Thank you Eric and your team .we love it all Definitely recommend you for home remodeling

If I could give zero stars I would. No level of professionalism. We gave them a chance after our house caught on fire. Soon after they showed their true colors and never looked back. On top of being paid by our insurance company, they are holding our personal belongings after we have asked for them numerous times. They don't even return our phone calls or respond to our emails. What reputable company does that? Save yourself alot of money and use a company with solid reviews and ask for references!!!!

Humberto Gittins is making comments about this company being professional at their job but, Humberto works for (and claims he’s the actual owner of the company)! He isn’t professional at all! Very aggressive, a crook, curse clients out and fraud insurance companies! Do not trust this man or company)!!!!!!

I had a flood in my basement and I reached out to Avedon and they had someone there within a few hours. They were professional and empathic to my situation. They (Eric) and his assistant did everything they could to salvage my belongings and give his professional advice for next steps. We took them and everything turned out great. Each visit was productive, timely and we were pleased.

These people are crooks. They are fire chasers when houses catch on fire. They come to you looking very professional but you'll soon find that that professionalism will turn to crookery. Years ago that kept only their company's reviews online. Now real people can say that they are not to be trusted with your money , house or service. Zero review for this company. They seem to be set up just to defraud people. They appear to be professional, but once that contract is signed, it is one disaster after another. My house burned down and these fire chasers were there on the spot. Had me go to their Wells Fargo bank and set up an account with all my insurance money. I couldn't draw any unless the both of us signed. They were trying to take all of my money while trying to use my old bathtub. Knocked more holes in my wall, cutter part of my house and took out the trash, and charged 60,000 dollars for a small 900 feet one story rambler. They sent invoices to my insurance company with my name of approval that I knew absolutely nothing about. Tried to bribe the inspector to sign off on a job. Thank God he gave me another realtor and lawyer who was able to break the contract, but they still got away with $60,000 for hardly anything but gutting and hauling it away. They used to stay in court for doing people wrong. Their employees would also help them out with this double-cross. Save yourself a headache and seek elsewhere. If you don't you will probably be sorry. Humberto Gittins and his crew are nothing but crooks. They pose themselves to be professionals with their trucks and vans but they are nothing but crooks, and I will tell everybody over and over again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A LARGE JOB TO COMPLETE. DONT DO IT!!
