I previously went to Advanced Auto in need of a battery, after one look under my hood the told me "they couldn't get the old one out" and directed me to Autozone. “A few weeks ago, I purchased windshield wipers for my Ford F-150. I do not drive the truck on a regular basis, but when I did drive it in the rain, the wipers were not working as they should. I went back to explain what happened and Caesar, Tim and another young man whose name I forgot, were extremely helpful! They diagnosed the problem (the young man that sold me the wipers sold me the wrong size) and installed the correct sized wipers for me. They were all very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
