“Discovered Joe Hudson's Collision Center when Travelers took over an accident claim. Talked to Lisa, she got the process started. Initiating the contract, assisted in working out issues between the tow truck company and the insurance company so they could even start work on the truck, to holding my hand through the entire stressful process. She was always very responsive, keeping me informed, answering all questions honestly, without any fluff. Everett, the estimator took over from there. Both the front end and the bed of our pickup truck was badly damaged. A couple replacement parts caused delays but Everett stayed focus until the job was done. The final result, our truck looks brand new. Five stars for the professional and friendly interaction between the customer (me) and the staff (Lisa and Everett). Excellent body work. Beautiful paint job. Highly recommend!”

The owner answered all of my questions over the phone as I inquired about getting Rhino liner added. Appointment slots are so convenient, I was even able to be seen at 5:30am! He has been in the industry for several years and it shows because he performed the job in 2.5 hrs when it typically takes 4.. all with zero over spray.Everyone support this veteran owned small business. “A few weeks ago, I purchased windshield wipers for my Ford F-150. I do not drive the truck on a regular basis, but when I did drive it in the rain, the wipers were not working as they should. I went back to explain what happened and Caesar, Tim and another young man whose name I forgot, were extremely helpful! They diagnosed the problem (the young man that sold me the wipers sold me the wrong size) and installed the correct sized wipers for me. They were all very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I am always so appreciative when I receive great customer service because it has unfortunately become such a rare action these days.”
