I used Al for years and things were great. This year he lied about filing my returns and evaded phone calls and text messages. I am extremely disappointed in the service he provided (or didn't). I am awaiting a refund on the advance payment I sent him months ago. Save time, stress, and money and go somewhere else.

Before I make any financial move, buy or sell a house, make an investment, purchase or lease a vehicle, take money out of my 401(k) plan, change jobs, etc. I consult with Al Bratton's Tax & Business Strategies to determine what the tax effects of the transaction would be and the best course of action for me to follow. I can't even give this office a star but had to, to publish this review. I went in April 2014 to get my taxes done, my taxes were rejected and when I notified Mr. Bratton and advised of the changes that needed to be made he said he would take care of it and I've yet to hear from him again. I've visited his office several times, sent emails, and many many phone calls..... it's now July 1015 and still nothing. I had to pay someone else to take care of the taxes I thought Mr. Bratton had taken care of....
