Overall, we were very pleased with the service we received from Ace Relocation Systems (Atlas). Everyone was very professional and was quick to respond to questions we had. We were very leery of using professional movers after reading so many horror stories on the internet. But the loading and unloading went very smoothly. We couldn't find one box, but the driver was relentless and found a box that had 2 stickers, so it was right there. Pricing was upfront and we knew how much it was going to cost. We actually came in under the estimate.

Literally the best moving experience I’ve ever had by far. We paid for them to pack us up as well as move and Stephen bedard and his crew of Jacob and Nathaniel were extremely professional, efficient, courteous, and took very good care of our furniture. We moved from Houston to Austin. We inherited our grandparents furniture and have multiple antique pieces that are delicate and over 100 years old and they treated them as so. Would absolutely use them again and I will be recommending them to everybody I know.

I have heard horror stories about movers. Our experience with Ace and Atlas involved none of that. The communication throughout was excellent with all personnel. The driver and movers were hard workers. They even came in under their proposed budget. I would highly recommend these guys.

We had a wonderful move- this was our 20th move in 30 years. Nick, Kyle and Bruce were very knowledgeable, high energy, and extremely helpful. They worked well as a team .

This was the best possible move experience. From start to finish, Terry kept me in the loop for plans, arrival times, unload dates, etc. Then the most amazing crew arrived. They were so professional, efficient, and, so careful with all of my belongings that my stress levels just dropped. I have participated in too many moves, not my own, which were just disasters or required so much direction from the people being moved. Not so here, the team worked so well together. All appropriate questions were made, but clearly thinking was happening. The unload was just as fantastic. My advice is skip wasting your time getting other estimates and just contact ACE.

This moving experience was wonderful. Atlas had moved my family several times through work. After hearing some horror moves of several friends, I called Atlas and from that call on things couldn’t have been easier for me. From the quote to delivery they took very good care of me. As a senior it was very reassuring and much appreciated. The care from packing to unpacking was fantastic and crews were so nice and took great care. Nothing was lost, broken or scratched and put exactly where I wanted. So thank you very much for the care and cooperation.

This move was a nightmare.
It started when our cat escaped. Our cat escaping is not on the packers but the way they handled it is disgusting. The packers at origin made jokes about seeing a cat in a dog's mouth. They were very insensitive to the subject. Found 17 days after being lost my indoor-only cat has been hit by a car and attacked by an animal and is currently in the hospital recovering from surgery.
Due to our missing cat I asked the very next day if our shipment could be pushed and Phillip said he would see what he could do. I kept asking and 2 days later he got back and said if I would have asked a couple days ago they would have been able to hold it but they can’t and will be $1300 for delay. He thanked me for the sale vs sympathizing with my cherished cat being missing.
The nightmare continued when I kept asking Natasha for the final weight and estimate. I had to ask her several times for the final estimate with the final weight until finally she called days after my shipment was loaded telling me she had "bad news" that my stuff was way over and the charge is much more than expected and over the 110%
I shared with Jeanette that Natasha never sent the final numbers after me asking over and over and she will not agree that Natasha never sent the email. Natasha still has NEVER said over phone or email what my final weight was. I got this information from Jeanette.
Philip and Joel lied about the non binding agreement and said we would not pay more than 110% of the estimate. This seems to be their tactic to make a sale and then on the other side they will forget your PBO boxes and try to over charge you for boxes and packaging.
Jeanette was very unfair to have charged us over the max. I was in a stressful situation with moving on top of losing my animal and she 100% took advantage of my situation. She noted herself the discrepancy was in the mis charging of the boxes and packing so she said she would put that back to the estimate and also give us $300 off the delayed shipment fee.
I was tired and said okay that sounds fair but in actuality it was 100% not fair. She noted our final weight was not much over what Joel estimated so there is no way we should have been paying what we paid.
What she should have done was charge us for our actual weight, the original packaging fees, and the price for the delayed shipment. That is about a $500 price difference.
This situation would have not even happened if the packers did their job correctly and not claim that they packed more than they did claiming our boxes and their own.
They also used that tape to wrap product boxes that should have not been wrapped as moving boxes. My husband has a collectable in its original box and instead of packing it they wrapped tape around the collectable box, destroying it.
Somehow it was mis communicated with the delivery drivers that we paid for an unpack and they were under the impression they were only going to unload the shipment. They did not complain once they found out the unpack was authorized. In fact they were the only good part of our entire experience. However, I felt it would be better for them to not have to unpack since they typically have 3 people if they do an unpack so I told them they didn’t need to do the unpack. They said to let the company know so we can be refunded. I spoke to the moving agent Natasha and she seemed like this was not the case and still has not gotten back to me.
I will never use and highly discourage anyone to use this company. The communication is worse than poor. There is lack of compassion. They are only here to get over on you and take advantage of your situation.

We move every 1-2 years for work and I could not have asked for a better moving experience! Matt M. (MJ) was amazing!! We were able to communicate directly with him throughout the whole move. MJ and his crew were so professional and packed us out in record time while still taking a great deal of care with our things. Every single one of our items arrived in perfect condition with nothing lost or broken! Then when we had a move-in date change on our end MJ was able to accommodate us. They moved us in and ensured we had everything exactly where we wanted it and even insisted on helping us to unpack to cut down on our box and wrapping waste. Again, I cannot recommend them enough!!
