Paxton Hardware is the best place that I've done business with in a long time. I ordered a hurricane lamp chimney from them. The first one arrived broken. After searching for months to find the appropriate replacement shade for an antique bridge lamp, I was ready to give up. Like a bolt out of the blue, my husband found the perfect lampshade for my 90-year-old floor lamp at Paxton Hardware yesterday. When I called the store, the individual was friendly, helpful, reassuring, and on the ball! The shade was delivered to my home today - with free shipping!!! The bridge lampshade is the perfect size, with the perfect frame to fit this old family heirloom! The bird motif on the shade pays great homage to the generations of avid birders in our family. So grateful to find a store that delivers old-fashioned service, high quality product, and lightning speed shipping. I will turn to Paxton for all future lighting needs.

Paxton Hardware was amazing! They shipped the things I ordered before I had even received the email asking if I approved of the shipping costs! The things I ordered were perfect as well! I had searched for months for handles for a dresser I had chalk painted, and these look like they were made to match it. I also ordered Never Dull metal polish. Outstanding results! I've never seen such a clear reflection in every single metal surface or fixture before. Hooked!

I needed help replacing some drawer pulls for some old furniture. The woman I spoke with gave me information on the different kinds and recommendation for my style. The hardware is perfect and looks like it came on the furniture!! I called to thank them for the great help and most importantly, the individual attention!! Was thrilled today to use my Samsung Bixby app to locate an antique drawer pull. Immediately the same item popped on my screen at Paxton Hardware LTD. I was thrilled that Paxton had the identical item and within a c of hours it's already been shipped. I'm looking forward to seeing what else I can find at Paxton! Thank you so very much for carrying this item. It will complete an antique sewing cabinet that was a wedding gift for my parents. They would have been married about 75 years ago.

I bought legs for my ottoman and he gave me a confirmation number but I never received it ,and when I went to complain to them ,they told me that it was not their problem but the post office ,and they did not want to give my money back ,my company never buys anything from them.
