Richard, the manager, is particularly knowledgeable and can find the supplies that people need and offers good advice about projects. They have recently acquired some cats, which improve the atmosphere. They sell hardware but also a bunch of other stuff -- its sort of half department store. If you go in and it looks like not a hardware store, it means you are in the department store side and should keep walking.”

“I was holding a special event on my business property and needed a tent, chairs, tables for about 30 people. The Party Package deal they have was perfect - just the right size and amount of furniture. They were good about contacting me to schedule the delivery, they were on time and the setup went smoothly by 2 very nice guys. When it came time to take the tent down, they showed up, took the tent down and packed it all up on their own on the day they said they would. I didn't even need to be there! Everything worked exactly as they said and the package price was a good deal including the free delivery/setup/take-down. I own a business and do a fair number of events here and plan on using Grand Rental Station again!”

“I ordered a screen door from Lowe's on October 23, 2023 and it was installed in February 2024. It was if they forgot about me and I can't tell you how difficult it was to finally get a hold of someone that could help me. Now once that happens, the gentleman that helped me did an exceptional job pushing to have my door installed and they did a fabulous job installing it. I freak with their garden shop staff there is very nice and very helpful and they usually have a good assortment of plants, bushes, and perennials. The new store manager whose name is Brian I believe has done a good job in the place up. I do continue to shop there.”
