I had a disappointing experience at Zara today while looking for jeans. Although the security staff were friendly, I encountered a major issue when I needed help finding my size. After wandering around for a while without any assistance, I asked a security guard for help, who pointed me toward another section.
I waited there for someone to assist me, and finally, a short girl arrived I don't want to expose her. Unfortunately, her attitude was unhelpful and so rude. She spoke to us from a distance, and my girlfriend felt the negativity in her tone. It was so off-putting that we decided to leave the store instead of continuing our shopping.
I’ve come to expect better service from Zara, and this experience was not only frustrating but also disappointing. I hope they can improve their customer service because it really affected our day.

I want to return shoes from online purchase, but the staff rejected cause the shoes sole is a bit dirty. I understand that zara stores may only need TOTALLY CLEAN items, but the staff has been suspicious that I have soiled the shoes on purpose and asked why I didn't take a video of them when I received them. Who receives something under hundred dollars to records a video? It's so ridiculous, they believe I wore shoes with big tags to go outside, and they keep showing how to wear shoes with tags on them. Are you always wear shoes or clothes with big tag to hangout? So that’s why you teach me how to do that?? I have also returned item in other zara stores, without doubt, this one has the worst attitude, which is completely framed and discriminatory...

Not a cookie cutter type of store... They have unique pieces of clothing for men, women and kids. Great selection! Everything from suits and gowns for weddings to awesome relaxed clothes for a vacation . Highly recommend

I will NOT be returning to this location. I’m actually traumatized about the fact that I was wrongly accused of stealing when I clearly didn’t. My purse was literally so small & all i had was a phone in my had and was still told to walk in and back out of the store ..

The lines can get really long but they have the best selections at this location. It's also very organized and easy to shop.
