Bad return policy for online purchases, it only gives you 30 days to return. I tried returning it 2 days after the 30 days only because when I went online it said to return in store or ups but never had a warning that I had 30 days! Now I’m stuck with a 40$ item for no reason. This blows! Avoiding this place at all cost!

I purchased two shirts two days ago and never received the receipt via my phone number. When I returned to the store to make a return, the manager informed me that they couldn’t help because I didn’t have a receipt. This is unacceptable. I provided my number at checkout, and it’s the store’s responsibility to ensure receipts are properly sent. I wasted 30 minutes driving back to the store only to be told there was nothing they could do. This lack of accountability and customer service is incredibly disappointing and needs to be addressed immediately.

Horrible check out customer service. The return/ exchange line is separate from the purchase line
The cashiers had no desire in assisting the return/ exchange line. A lady cashier with a turban did not pay any attention to the exchange/ return line (only had 2 ppl waiting) these cashiers NEED to communicate with their guests!

I love Zara clothes. However the return policy is completely trash! I went in today to EXCHANGE my daughters school clothes that didn’t fit.. EXCHANGE, I didn’t even want my money back I just wanted to exchange them. To my surprise, the don’t do exchanges! They have to return it back to your form of payment and you have to buy your new items separately. How does that even make sense!? 30 days for an online purchase to return and after 30 days I can’t even get store credit! They don’t offer store credit. After this verbal exchange with the cashier I was so baffled I asked to speak the a manager. I was greeted by a fair skinned woman with blue hair who told me that there is nothing she would be able to do it’s the company policy. To which my response was, “ no where on my online receipt does it say 30 days” (which it doesn’t) she proceeds to say “ oh you have to click on the help desk and type in return” lol wow really!? I have to scour your website to find your return policy. Love the clothes, beautiful store. But the customer service is crap!

The customer service is not the best. The employees who have helped me have not been friendly or helpful. I tried to exchange a dress that did not fit me, but the lady told me I couldn’t because it didn’t have the tag. Although I did have the tag and the receipt. (The tag wasn’t attached to the dress) but I still had it. It doesn’t make sense to me. It’s brand new, now I’m stuck with a dress that I can’t wear. I Won’t be shopping at this location anymore.Side note… Just an observation, but a lot of the employees are so serious and seem as though they do not enjoy their job. ?♀️

If there is a -10 stars I will definitely put one for them. Today I received one of the worst experience in my entire life. This location is horrible in so many levels! I've been a Zara customer for years and I have never in my whole life received a such horrible and disgusting customer service experience. The customer level at dollar tree is way more luxurious than Zara here. I came on Sunday December 3rd to return and exchange couple items I purchased in Black Friday! None of the items I purchased were final sale or anything. I came cross the manager and he was very helpful and started helping me. I asked him if I can exchange a dress I have it was too small for a bigger size, he told me he can't honor the price online only if the item is available in store! And since they didn't have it he told me to hold on into it and they will receive 7 size M in the dress I want to exchange tomorrow and to come back to do the exchange and everything will be alright. I came back today on the December 5th to do the exchange as promised and a manager called " Riham " middle eastern wearing the hijab refused to do the exchange for the same item just different size and asked me to pay the difference. I told her I was promised that from the other manager and he put his initials on the receipt. She kept telling me I have to come back for him she can't do it. I told her no that's not right! If I was promised and reassured something you should be able to do it, it's not like I'm lying about it. I was very frustrated by the level of poor service I received from her! If she's a manager she should have a proper training and a good level of communication skills! She kept looking at her watch and telling me she won't do it and she need to close in 3 min! I told her that's not my problem I was promised something and I'm not going to return for this. She was extremely rude and disrespectful laughing with her other cashiers and not even acknowledging or assisting in anyway. I told her to go check or contact the other manager, she told me that she's incharge of women department and he's incharge of men's. I told her that's not my problem you guys are one store it doesn't matter which manager works where. I told her she's being rude and disrespectful towards me from the beginning. I asked the cashier to ring me up for the dress regardless and I will exchange other items. Instead of helping me she went ahead and called the police and they refused to service me. Seriously for an exchange???? People are stealing and no one is calling the police on them! I left the store but I will definitely not let this slide! I have an incident report and I will sue them for discrimination and humiliating me in front of everyone. I will never come back to this location until they change the management they took customer service to the lowest level possible. I will shop with other retailers like Nordstrom and get the service I'm paying for. Very shameful to receive such horrible experience from your favorite store. Zara should really look into this and check their management and staff because it's getting out of hand.

Bad quality, wore pants for 2 hours and they ripped. Took the next day with receipt and tags and was told I was 2 days over the 30 days. The employee was going to still help me, then the rude female manager came to interrogate me and tell me again about the 30 day period, but this unfortunately was a quality control issue. I told her that. Zara quality is questionable so this company needs to fix any issues for a $60 pair of pants. Manager should also be educated on quality control as well as the company.
