Liked the ease of making an appointment next day. Liked the price. Liked the clean car. Didn't like how a lot of the cleaning equipment was left in my car (presumably by accident) which I then had to dispose of on my own. Very strange oversight. I wish I had noticed before a left the garage and drove away.

Mr. Loudon was the detailer who worked on my car and he did phenomenal work. My car is clean, polished, and smells wonderfully. Kudos to him and this business for bringing quality work to its customers. He was very knowledgeable in explaining what products were used where and how to do basic upkeep. Couldn't be happier with this auto detailing site! They were able to squeeze me in to help me out of my car emergency. Mo at the Towson location put an amazingly detailed effort into the cleaning of my SUV. Guess that's why it's called "detailing". My grandson had somehow exploded a coffee drink (with milk) onto the front seats and even splattered it onto the roof headliner. Mo was able to make the car as clean and sweet smelling as if new. Four days later it is still sparkling fresh and thankfully free of any sour milk smell. I had dodged that bullet all due and thanks to World Class and Mo. Five Stars!!

I did the world class complete detail. It was an okay job... doesn't feel like a $250 detail job imo. There was still some bug splatter gunk on my front bumper. There was leftover disinfectant or excess UV protection that left an oily feel to the interior consoles and wheel. I left it to dry for several hours but it was still oily where I had to wipe everything down with a microfiber cloth. Several stains were not cleaned (might not have been part of the detailing package I guess). There were a couple of orange stains in the backseat that weren't there before ... maybe it happened during cleaning but it came off with a quick rub with a wet rag. Lastly, the outside edges of the trunk and my wheels were not cleaned well or at all.

Had a great experience with Quentin and their team at World Class Auto Detail. Car got scratched and scuffed over the weekend, by an unknown driver and they were able to get my car back in shape in a few hours! Would definitely return the next time my car needs a deep clean!Services: Scratch removal

I got the world class detail and paid more for excess dirt and pet hair. I paid about $390 and added a 20 percent tip which I prepaid. It was not a bad job but it wasn’t a great job either. They never lifted up the third row seat and vacuumed it, the rims still had grease and dirt on them and they missed some crevices in the vehicle. The price wasn’t bad but I think I would have left less of a tip if I seen it first.Services: Clay bar treatment

These guys come to the apartment complex i live in once a month and today was the first time I used them and I have to say I am completely blown away at the job they did. My truck had a good amount of scratches from off-roading and I knew going in not every scratch would come out. BUT, the work they put into my truck far exceeded my expectations of just how much would come out. It looks almost completely brand new again! And the value, holy crap you cant beat that. If you are looking for some detail work or paint correction, these guys are the way to go!

This might be the most unresponsive business I've encountered. Wasn't even able to make an appointment via phone, went in person during posted business hours and no one there. Left voicemail and sent text. Nothing.

So , overall they did a good job . I got the level 5 plan and headlight clean . I paid $30 more and had them come to my house , they came on time . It took them 2 hours 15 mins to do the job , they had 2 guys working on the car . The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because they missed a couple spots , not major deal , but every crevice counts .

My moms car has dog fur, dog slobber, sweat stains from years of picking kids up from sports practice and was so dirty. This is the first time we got our car detailed and we couldn't be more impressed. The cars seats are light so all the stains were very obvious. The people from World Class Auto came to our home and spent a good 2+ hours on the car, it looked amazing inside and outside, they truly did an amazing job. It wasn't a cheap process but it's very worth it.
