Our almost 2-year-old son attended here for 3 months in the summer of 2021. When the center was suddenly closed in late August, we were told by the director that it was due to a "paperwork misunderstanding." We later learned that a 3 year old child had broken his leg while in their care, and the follow-up investigation by the state is what shut down the center. Since then, I've learned that they have had too many children in each classroom, un-licensed staff, and that their discipline practices were horrific - bordering on abusive. Add to that the fact that NO ONE in this center has masked throughout the pandemic (children or staff), and we are done. Wonder friends is by far the worst job ive ever had. The classrooms are out of ratio. Management (tracy) over stuffs the classrooms with children of all ages. Teachers are not required to wear masks. Sick children are not sent home. Most of the time she doesn't inform parents of issues such as covid outbreaks, illness going through the center, and biting children. Ive debated calling the state many times. And this is just my view as a mother... As an employee : it sucks. Most of the staff is related, and they talk about each other and everyone else. The staff in the infant room are the most unhappy and miserable. Toxic environment through and through. I wouldn't send my child if it was free

Wonderful, caring, and attentive staff. We've been very happy with their care of our daughter, and felt the prices were very reasonable.

We could not have found a more perfect daycare for our daughter to spend her first few years. She is taught with imagination, patience and loving care. At drop offs she walks right in, waves to all of her friends and teachers, and jumps right into the fun. The director is easy to get in contact with, and the teachers are quick to contact us if there are any concerns. We are moving out of state in a few months and very sad to leave Wonder Friends.

Wish I could give them zero stars! Rude on the phone, not willing to answer questions and one woman actually hung up in the middle of a conversation! What are they thinking? Oh, they are not! I WILL SEND MY KIDS ELSEWHERE

We love Wonder Friends! Our baby is always happy to arrive every morning and happy when we pick her up in the evening. The staff are caring and intelligent; the prices are reasonable. It's hard to imagine how it could possibly be better!
