“I had a fantastic experience at Tory Burch in Towson Town Center today, as always. A while back, my daughter bought me a bag online for Christmas, but it wasn't quite what I wanted - it was too small and I never ended up using it. I hesitated to return it because it was a gift from my daughter, but when I mentioned this to her, she encouraged me to exchange it for something I truly liked.
So, I headed to the store and explained the situation once more. Diana, the store manager, went out of her way to help me with the exchange, even though I had already called customer service and was told to bring it in. I was grateful especially since some time had passed since the original purchase.
I also want to give a special shout-out to Najah, who went above and beyond to assist me in finding a replacement for the out-of-stock bag I had my eye on. She was patient, attentive, and made me feel like I wasn't being rushed at all. The service I received today was truly exceptional, and I want to thank both Najah and Diana for making my day!”

“I visited this Soma for the 1st time 08/18/2025 and experienced the greatest customer service. Jessica worked with me from start to finish. She performed my bra fitting, asked what my needs were, which colors I preferred and then began making selections for me. She brought in a nice selection to get me started and to see which styles fit best. Once I decided on the style and fit, I narrowed down my choices by color. After I chose my bras, she also helped me with my panty selection. She was great! She helped me through the entire process. On top of that, the store was having a great sale. I left satisfied and very happy. I definitely plan on returning here for my delicates. Thanks again Jessica! ?”

“This was my first visit to the boutique. I was welcomed by Karen and she explained that Liza designs everything and is local; which I absolutely love. I was shopping for certain pieces and she was able to guide me in the right direction and actually pulled a lot of options for me that were perfect! “Very nice store, lots of space. Store associates are more off in the background, only approach you when they see you wondering for a little. Stock wise, they have some good selections, but not a wide variety of colors/styles/sizes. It's worth going if you want to window shop and find something you like. Parking is in a retail garage across the street. Free on weekends I believe.”

Free People as a company has limited in-store inventory so I call ahead sometimes to ask if they have what I’m looking for. They’re always very kind and let me know if they have the item in-store.
Customer service at the old location wasn’t good. I’ve have good experiences at the new location though- super friendly and knowledgeable!”

“I love coming to Pure Barre Towson. I've been coming for almost 2 years and this is the first time in my adult life they I have been so consistent and stuck with a workout routine for so long. The challenges motivate me! I love all the different class formats (each one gives you a different workout experience from cardio, to strength training, to flexibility and balance). Every class experience is different and hard - it is always hard, no matter how long you have been coming (that's the magic of it). The staff and instructors are SO welcoming and supportive. I could not recommend PB Towson more!”
