“It's a JCrew factory store! Great products for a reduced rate. Well, let me condition that, the prices are lower, but not drastically. The big difference in prices is they're always having relatively big discounts. The staff is extremely nice and the variety is great. One tip I have is, don't expect the sizes to fit like typical jcrew clothes. I've found that the factory store runs bigger.”

“This was my first time visiting an urban outfitters in person. I lived in two states that didn't have one. I occasionally visit the website every once in a while. I thought this was a great opportunity to visit this location. I looked at all the clothes. I couldn't help be notice how high the clothes were, especially in this economy. I mean come on urban outfitters, you charge that high for a mini dress? for a hoodie and sweatpants? Then basic tops are just as expensive. I may shop here only for special occasions. That's the only time I'll splurge. Neat store though.”

“Tamika at Towson is the best of the best for customer service. I have been using a cane because of foot surgery and I asked if I could push the shopping cart out to the mall door. It was difficult carrying a shopping bag with the cane. Tamika immediately said that an alarm would go off if I took the cart out of Nordstrom. She then , also immediately , offered to come with me and bring the cart back to the store. I have not seen customer service like this for a long time. Tamika made today a wonderful experience. Kudos to her and to the Nordstrom management for having such fine employees.”
“I visited South Moon in Kenilworth to refresh my wardrobe with some updated jeans and some new tops. Reagan was amazing! She suggested some looks that I wouldn't have thought to try. I hadn't visited in awhile. The clothes used to be geared toward a younger market but they expanded their selections for a wider audience. Check it out!!”
