Today for Valentin’s Day I decided to stop by the store. I was happy to see only 1 customer and 3 sales staff. I stood behind the customer who was paying and he decided to buy an additional item, to my dismay the other 2 staff members didn’t bother to acknowledge my presence so that I can make a purchase. I figured I would be next to be served instead a Caucasian elderly woman ? walked in and the staff members asked her could she be helped. I was so shocked even the customer being waited on a Caucasian ♂️ looked at me and said he couldn’t believe it. I placed my 49.95 box of candy down and told him my money will never be good here in 2024 it’s real and alive! I would never bother writing about this but their actions were beyond factual that I was not wanted in the store. ? Don’t worry I will never, neither my professional friends and family. I gave you a star ⭐️ because I can’t use just a point of the star.

I was in a panic to get a last minute Fathers Day gift because my original gift was missing. I called looking for an alternative gift and Ilene was so helpful over the phone putting together a gift with 5 tiers of chocolates. There was a problem with the delivery service and the wrong gift was picked up. I called back to check to see if the gift was still there and Noel was so helpful at closing things up and making sure my father received the gift on time. Thank you for such amazing customer service. Completely extraordinary.

I thought it would be nice to get candy for my wedding anniversary. The chocolate that I bought was great but the customer service not so much. I felt like I was being watched instead of being helped. Not sure if I would go back.
