I came in for a last minute outfit. Tria and this other lady were amazing. Friendly and welcoming environment. They offered fitting rooms and offered help with putting an outfit together. The store has a fun atmosphere.

Best customer service and inventory

Their store used to have some nice dresses, other clothes, and accessories, but I guess the inventory matches the fashion sense and attitude of some of the staff, low quality. Along with the annoying pressure to buy, I was shocked that one of the staff felt the need to put a security tag on a dress she removed from a mannequin before I could try it on. I guess she really thought I was going to steal a dress that I could’ve bought from AliExpress and sold to someone myself. Needless to say, I did not steal the dress or buy it, and I will never set foot into that store ever again!

My daughter has found a dress here for 2 of her proms. The junior prom this year, she changed her mind and decided to go a week before the dance. She was still able to come here and find a dress. Love this place!

Extremely poor customer service. While shopping I was reaching up to grab a dress. Before making any effort to help me, woman at the front desk loudly says "please someone help that girl get the dress before she pulls the whole rack down! Omg lolololol" literally laughing at me publicly. She then continued talking about me threatening to make me pay for the dresses if I dropped them; but not directly, still talking as if I couldn't hear her. For one- I am a grown woman. Calling me a girl was infantilizing. After this interaction I will never return to or shop at Windsor.
