I was looking to ask some questions about how best to light my room and I guess I wasn't catching the front desk person on a very good day but I don't feel like she was very interested in helping me out. I felt like this was not a place that wanted me to be there so I made a quick departure.

The front desk worker was fairly rude to me this afternoon. I brought in a European made shade, in search of a lamp to fit. I was abruptly told they couldn't help (fair enough) and that I should try the goodwill. I was not even encouraged to browse the store. As retail teters on the brink with the pandemic, a potential client who was trying to "shop local" to update her entire house, will be be shopping elsewhere.
