Avoid at all costs, especially if you are filling narcotics. I am banned from getting any prescriptions now from Walmart due to a pharmacist on a power trip. I am a young cancer patient with pain and was getting my prescriptions filled here because they were the only pharmacy that carried what I needed. After 4 months of filling my prescriptions, the pharmacist calls me and tells me that she can't fill my prescription and that I have to go elsewhere. I went up to the pharmacy and she handed my prescription back to me and told me that she didn't feel comfortable filling it, as she wasn't sure if it was for legitimate purposes. She refused to call my doctor to find more info about my medical status. I was discriminated against as a young person because in her eyes someone this young can't possibly be in severe pain and must be doing something illegal with their prescription. She knew the prescription is valid, otherwise she wouldn't have given it back to me, or would've gotten the police involved. Pure discrimination against the young and disabled.

First visit to this pharmacy and my experience was exceptional. The technician updated my information and I asked her if there was a generic equivalent to the medication I was prescribed. She checked and said that there was not and gave me the price. We chatted a bit about lack of insurance and employment during covid19 and she said my meds would be ready in 20 minutes. I did some shopping and went back to the counter. To my surprise, the pharmacist, Shawn, greeted me. He told me that he overheard our conversation earlier and made a call to find me a discount. Shawn saved me 50 dollars on my much needed medication. Excellent customer service and they went above and beyond! Thank you Shawn, and your staff for a great experience. There is still kind in this strange world!

Every time I call or in person this Walmart pharmacy. They ask me my name and dob, then ask what prescription am I looking for. I rarely get Rx sent to the Pharmacy. So I let them know what to and they say ALL THE TIME, “we don’t have that prescription” I explain to them you have it I called three days ago you said have just need a PA from the doctor. The doctors calls and say Walmart will call but no call, and I have to tell them again and I get the same results, like there is no Rx here.

Absolutely horrible. Male pharmacist in his mid 40s throwing stuff everywhere, angry for whatever reason and the female pharmacist with a headscarf who finally came to the window mentioned five times that they are closing soon (2 hours left) and irritated that she had to process my medications. Kept telling me nothing is in stock. I left and will never return to Walmart Pharmacy. No thanks.

This Walmart is awful. Today I went in to exchange something - had my receipt, all tags on items, etc. Waited in the customer service line for THIRTY-FIVE minutes, although it has open registers with no staff, of course. The store is about 85 degrees and everyone in line is sweating - older woman behind me literally asked a worker for "some cold water". I kid you not - a man is rolling around on a scooter, blaring a boom box playing profane music - kids everywhere, mind you (I have a video of this). I get to the register and the worker tells me customer service doesn't do exchanges and I "should know that because that's not what customer service does" (I do not work in customer service, nor do I work for Walmart). She also lets me know they do not have it posted anywhere in the store that they changed that policy. She tells me I need to go wait in line again at another register (!!!!!), although I have already waited 35 minutes. I just had surgery, was purchasing medical items, and was about to pass out since they apparently cannot turn on their AC. I will not be going back to this location and honestly, probably not any Walmart again - every time is a fiasco; it is not worth my time or having a panic attack from either the store, parking lot, or both just to save a few dollars. Unacceptable.

This just so happens to be the worst pharmacy I have ever been to, and I'm not surprised, because it's located inside the worst Walmart I've ever been to. A lot of the pharmacy technicians speak broken English. It's very difficult to understand what they are trying to say. Most of them rely on Jean, the pharmacy manager, like she's an interpreter. Every time I use this pharmacy they don't have my insurance card on file. I've asked them to correct the spelling of my name 4 times and it's still spelled wrong. I won't be using this location again. I can't trust them to refill my medication if they can't change the spelling of my name. I mean really, check the writing on your pills, folks. I wouldn't be surprised if they handed someone the wrong medication.
