I decided to go to this location to upgrade my phone. Kenny was extremely nice and helpful. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. If you go to this location, ask for him!

Don't waste your time. Poor customer service. My family left with a device while in transfer mode...call or text service not functioning. Called store, no follow up. I would not recommend this location.

Let me be clear. I’m a life-long Verizon customer. This is about horrendously rude employee behavior and not the company,A family member was overcharged for a replacement phone, customer service was called, and we were assured we just needed to go back to the store and the issue would be rectified, and we were assured they imported the information into our account online. They said the store salesperson made a mistake. They would fix it. No big deal. Mistakes happen.The issue is what happened when we went to the Towson store. When I tried to explain this situation to someone who said he was the assistant manager, John, he told me to be quiet and he would only talk with my family member since it wasn’t my phone. I thought he was joking but he was dead serious! He literally wouldn’t talk to me or recognize my presence! Unbelievably nasty rudeness. I’ve dealt with businesses of all kinds for decades and have never been treated in such a rude and unprofessional and condescending fashion. And of course, he refused the refund without filing some sort of a “ticket” to the company, in direct contradiction to what we had been told by customer service.I intend to follow up with all means available to us. No corporation should tolerate such mean-spirited behavior.Oh btw- unbelievably, he then proceeded to bad mouth the Verizon call center and phone customer service. Verizon, you need to fix this.
