tried to call the store to get help with my package, the automated voice answering machine would say sorry and hang-up on me every time i would try to get a person to talk to. i have tried 6 different ways to just talk to a person.

I took a package to this location & it was shipped on January 6th, today is now January the 20th & the recipient has yet to receive their package, this was my 1st time using this particular location & I think it will be my last, I've never had this problem with any other USPS location.

So, according to the woman with an attitude, the USPS does not print out shipping labels with tracking numbers. That’s absolutely ridiculous. So I suppose I’m stuck using overpriced UPS. Thanks for nothing.

After having terrible problems with multiple different locations in the 21212 vicinity, I found that it’s worth going a wee bit out of the way to go here. Many times I’ve had item go “missing” & never delivered-always cards. Apparently postal workers help themselves in hopes of finding $ & gift cards. Don’t tell me it’s not an inside job because I ALWAYS take the items TO THE ACTUAL POST OFFICE and not just drop it into a blue box. It’s very sad that the integrity of the employees is so low that for years this has been a problem that only gets worse. Thankfully this location has been a joy & every item sent has arrived promptly and in tact!!!

I stopped in here during lunch time to mail a package. It was a pretty long wait since only Latisha was working the window,but once I reached her I was out the door quickly. This location has now become my go-to. Friendly and professional service, efficiency, and free parking lot.

Update 7-5-22 the guy who is the post master is rude AF. You can't even kill with kindness, it almost makes it worse. So opposite of the woman who works there. The bottom of this review still stands. The woman who is there regularly is prob the nicest human I ever met.Super nice employees. I drive out of my way to go to this particular USPS location bc I know my packages will get scanned promptly and shipped out same day. I refuse to go to my local post office which is Gleneagles. They are horrible, this Riderwood PO is def worth the extra 5 minutes for their smiles and friendly, quick and reliable service, 5 Stars!

First time in this location. Employee was helpful, friendly, professional. Parking and could be limited on certain hours, just have to time your visit to avoid early morning rush and late afternoon commute. Otherwise service was good.
