I recently shipped a package to a friend from this location. For some reason it was marked undeliverable and sent back to me at the store. Pam called me to discuss the situation and helped me figure out a solution. I didn't even have to return to the store - Pam re-shipped the package to a UPS Access Point near my friend's home. Excellent customer service!! Thank you so much. I have used this store for years and will definitely return.

The store has changed hands and the prices have gone up. They wanted five dollars to print a return label. . I also noticed the new owner who appears to be indian is not the most friendly person. Previously all the staff there has been great. Good luck.
My new favorite UPS store is the one in middle River. Great jazz music, friendly people reasonable prices.

This is my go-to UPS store right around the corner from my office. They are helpful, friendly, and keep the line moving. I tried to ship from a different UPS store nearby and they tried to rip me off, but these guys gave me an honest price and took care of everything.

That store is a total rip-off, and they have the worst attitude! They delivered my package all broken, and then they refused to take it back because the driver wouldn't accept a broken package. Now they're charging me to tape it up! Can you believe that?

Best ups store in MD, staff is always friendly and helpful. The manager needs to give his staff a raise for making his store as good as it is.

The store charges at minimum at three dollars per box for Amazon returns. I have returned at this store before and was never charge for a box. This review is being left on May 23, 2024, and Jess, three days ago, I had to return at a UPS in Pikesville Maryland. They did not charge for a box. Do not recommend this location, as they charge you for your returns.

I always do my UPS business here. Even though there is a UPS store closer to me, the staff at the Dulaney Valley location are always pleasant and helpful. I put up with the shopping center's lousy parking because I have the confidence that my packages are being handled properly. Keep up the good work!

I recently visited UPS store Towson for amazon item return & decided to buy a 12x19 size bubbler mailer and was shocked to find that they charged an exorbitant $5.62 for a simple bubble mailer. This is a blatant exploitation of customers who expect reasonable pricing for basic packaging materials. The same item can be purchased elsewhere for a fraction of the cost. Charging such inflated prices not only demonstrates a lack of regard for customer satisfaction but also raises questions about the store's ethics. I would strongly advise against shopping here if you value fair pricing and transparency.

Not great service, they stated a notary was there 12-3 then when we arrived at 11:50 they said they weren't didn't have one today. Then when we questioned this, he states well I'm just not sure when she'll be here. So we asked to give our number and some one could call us. We left trying to scramble and find another notary on a Saturday at 12. Only to receive a call about 30 mins later saying the notary was there. She was not very helpful and she didn't even look clearly at all the papers. Won't go again for notary services.
