This place is extremely negligent. I dropped off an important letter on 9/5 that needed to be mailed out within a specific timeframe. Instead of being sent right away, it was not postmarked until 9/10, five days later. The recipient did not receive it until 9/16. Completely unacceptable. If your mail or packages matter, do not trust this location. It feels like the place is run with no professionalism or accountability.

The staff is very unhelpful. Four employees watched me struggle carrying a 200 pound box inside without even budging. Probably took me three attempts to open the door and no one helped. When I finally reached the counter, one of the employees (I think he was a manager) suggested me getting a dolly next time.

Great little store with dedicated parking close by. Staff were very patient with the elderly customers ahead of me in line.

EXTREMELY PLEASANT EXPERIENCES the last FEW Visits!! While ALL of the staff have been Awesome, the one constant has been Mr. Bob who I've interacted with on several occassions. Keep up the Great Work and Thank You!

The girls who work there are very very rude. I understand this is probably not a high paying job and dealing with amazon returns every day may be annoying, but it does not excuse their behavior. They constantly roll their eyes when customers come up, and are clearly speaking poorly about the customer to each other in another language. Genuinely they look so miserable and I hate having to have any of them ring me up because they are so disrespectful.

I just had the best experience at this UPS store. The two girls were so helpful, especially the one in the round glasses. She was amazingly helpful to me when I was dealing with a broken box and she helped me by offering a good solution and I just really appreciate it because I've been to so many other UPS stores where they don't try to help you at all. So thank you!

Shelly was AMAZING!! She was so helpful about helping me find the return in the app the other day and I didn’t want to forget to say something to her boss. She is very friendly and customer service-oriented!! I really appreciate that because outstanding customer service with a smile is very hard to come by nowadays! Thank her for me!

Place was fantastic. I believe a guy named Akash helped me out. Was one of the kindest people I've ever met. Made me want to be a better person. If you have to mail something, do it here.
