Brought my iPhone 15 Pro Max to have the back replaced as it cracked. And Z did an amazing job on it. Phone looks like new and the customer service is excellent! My second time being here for service and would definitely come back again! Thanks!

A one star review is way too generous. They couldn't even repair a iPad Pro with a the simplest and basic charging issue. Gave them a huge hefty sum of $85 for a diagnosis then they have extremely long turnaround time and they said they don't want to repair it at all and/or too lazy to work on it. They are a huge scam and I do not recommend you to take your broken device for them to fix it. Hell, you could bring your iPhone or laptop to that store and they will always keeps saying it is irrepairable and will most likely never refund you back, this is why I hate Asurion.
