They were honest and fair their prices were rivaled by none I had an unfortunate wreck which I thought would be fixed in a couple weeks it took almost four months they were patient with me and provided me with a great car I had no issues if I need a rental again I will be back I recommend this place to anyone I ever meet

Rented a U-Haul here and had a super nice experience. Like other reviews I’ve read, the team was absolutely friendly and helpful. Our rental was clean and in great shape, but it was the really nice people that made the experience such a pleasure.

After a horrible experience elsewhere, we went to Towson Economy Auto Rental (which we should have to begin with) for a long-term rental. It feels like customer service has been gone since the pandemic, but these guys prove that it is in fact still around.
