Diana or Dana, with a bob cut, doesn’t know how to take care of customers, she was rude, unpleasant and unwelcoming, it gets worse, she profiles people, do yourself a favor and do not bother visiting this store.

I had a fantastic experience at Tory Burch in Towson Town Center today, as always. A while back, my daughter bought me a bag online for Christmas, but it wasn't quite what I wanted - it was too small and I never ended up using it. I hesitated to return it because it was a gift from my daughter, but when I mentioned this to her, she encouraged me to exchange it for something I truly liked.
So, I headed to the store and explained the situation once more. Diana, the store manager, went out of her way to help me with the exchange, even though I had already called customer service and was told to bring it in. I was grateful especially since some time had passed since the original purchase.
I also want to give a special shout-out to Najah, who went above and beyond to assist me in finding a replacement for the out-of-stock bag I had my eye on. She was patient, attentive, and made me feel like I wasn't being rushed at all. The service I received today was truly exceptional, and I want to thank both Najah and Diana for making my day!

Customer service over the phone was extremely rude. I called about a purse I had asked to reserve and was told they have one but weren’t sure where it was. So I called back a few days later to check in and Antonio answered the phone and was extremely short and rude. He hung up on me after a “no we don’t have that here.” Before I could ask a question. They will not have my business!

My sales associate Jalen Perry is the best. He is knowledgeable, friendly and was very patient with me. I thoroughly enjoyed my 1st experience there and I look forward to returning soon.

My visit today was PERFECT!! Jaylen helped me to exchange out a pair of Millers that I got for Christmas that I felt were way too wide on my slim foot. He did take the time to explain the differences in fit/style between the soft bottoms and the original hard bottoms. Since summer is basics over I wasn’t expecting a large variety in my size to be left. Without being prompted Jaylen came out of the back with 8 different styles all in my size. Who knew he was a mind reader too! We went through all the styles/colors together and he pointed out his faves. After going back for a second round, he suggested the patent leather chocolate brown for the upcoming Fall and I was in absolute agreement!! Jaylen was so personable super fun to talk to, based on his energy alone I’ll be back for him to help me purchase my next pair. Go check him out! The store per usual was very neat, clean and smelled good. All of the staff was welcoming and my experience there exceeded my expectations!

wonderful experience w Simone and Diana. Both were extremely helpful, even though I had come in for a return. Loved the styling advice and the extra tips about tory burch clothing they provided. thank you. i left the store feeling conflicted as this type of customer service makes a customer feel like they want to purchase things from the store... but I had not found something that I had liked. Would definitely recommend this store for anyone thining about this brand. really supportive group here!

The people are always attentive and helpful. There was a young lady named Sydney Clendaniel there she was so knowledgeable and helpful. So if you do go to the store, ask for her. She was the best ?

I visited this store last weekend for the first time. Nice, bright and inviting store. The staff is very pleasant and helpful made the first experience a nice one. I went there in search of ballet flats, found some I liked then some hours later went back because there was a bag I was eyeing as I was getting shoes. Overall liked the shopping experience here and see myself visiting again.

I'm finding a def luv for this brand outside of my Burberry, DKNY-Tory Burch is a very welcome addition to my Classic designers. Styles that live on and on. The staff was exceptionally polite and friendly...super helpful!! I will be back ??

A lot of the associates are friendly. The management terrible. The manager that works today, on Fridays she/they are not customer friendly or supportive. I literally spend so much time and money in Tory Burch in several locations and most locations go above and beyond to support you help you pick items offer you drinks and comfortable seating. This year alone I'm over $4000 in purchases of Tory Burch brand. Last month I purchased those clear $98 flip flop sandals. First do not recommend they hurt and change colors when sitting out. I got them for my daughter she had them on less that two hours and complained how bad they hurt. I promised to take them back but as a career oriented mother time fly's. I finally made it to day to return/exchange for something better maybe. The associate immediately went for management. The manager came out in less than 5 seconds with an immediate no. She wanted no explanation offered no remorse was not apologetic that this was a loss for me. Here's my thing If the company takes them back they are already insured default them out but if I keep them they will just sit and we lost out on $100 bucks that could still be used in Tory Burch. The attitude displayed from the manager and the discretion she gave when I explained my daughter had them on for less than two hours as if I were lying was offensive. Not only that the consideration of how much I spend there which she has no idea because she didn't even take the time to look up my account just a ride strict no. Stating she "could not resell them" as if I expected her to do so, smh. I felt a little belittled as well if she would have checked my history she would have seen how often I shop and how I have NEVER returned anything so this experience was new and unpleasant. I love Tory Burch but this was discouraging for me and makes me not want to shop there again. At least not this location. I wish I would have gotten that managers name I also wish I could upload a photo of my closet to show how much I love Tory Burch. I'm just saying some type of consideration remorse empathy sympathy at least belief would have made the experience better. SMH she needs management training you should never make a customer feel this way, regardless the circumstances.
