Hello, I need to make a complaint about the management at the fresh market in Towson Maryland. They have taken my money taking my receipt did not give me my product. Keep running me around to come to the store. It’s very embarrassing and it’s unprofessional and at this point, I feel like I’m being racially profiled and personally victimized, I’m not letting this go. This is ridiculous and I feel bullied right now.

My daughter and I love The fresh Market in Towson. It is a special market. The employees are really helpful, the produce is fresh. They make delicious fresh pizzas, and have many special products. It's always a treat to shop there.

Horrible store the store manager Jim also treats his employees horrible. He does not like women he talks down to women like they're nothing. It should be called rotten market that's what they sell spoiled seafood and meat

I generally enjoy The Fresh Market but the last two recent visits to the Delaney Valley store left my experience lacking. The first experience was the poor quality of corn. The ears were dried out and still charging premium price. Second experience was mold on the corn as pictured and the discussions behind the deli was loud and about slapping people. I will say their watermelon was very good.

I used to love the Fresh Market for produce, meats, and seafood.I’ve purchased Thanksgiving dinners that were plenty for the family. They make a great zucchini nut bread and ready-to-go sushi lunch as well. But I don’t think I’ll shop there any more after this deceptive marketing scheme. “Buy 10 items and the 11th item in your basket - from highest price to lowest - is FREE!” What the sign means to say is “the lowest priced item in your basket is free” but that’s not how it’s written. Fool me once, Fresh Mkt!

Visited for the first time this weekend (Saturday)
Early morning and I was very impressed with the items for sale. Since it was my first time I was unfamiliar with the layout. Every time I asked about something, the employee I asked would actually stop what they were doing and show me the exact location.
Needless to say I will become a regular.

This store is so disgusting! I bought chicken it was sour and they wouldn’t give me my money back unless I had a receipt . You can smell it from the box! The manager was NO help

On March 20th, I received a call from In-Store Manager Dave, informing me that the District Manager would be in touch to address an unfortunate incident that occurred at the store. Regrettably, despite this assurance, the District Manager has failed to reach out, leaving me with no choice but to express my dissatisfaction through this review. I am willing to reconsider my stance if the District Manager takes prompt action to resolve the matter. However, the current lack of communication has significantly impacted my perception of the situation.

I want to like this place as it's convenient and the people who work there are generally very nice. The store is clean and pleasant. My problem is that it seems like every time I go there something rings up for more than what it says on the floor. Mostly produce. Last night they also rang me up twice for one item on a 4 item order. Meanwhile you are typing your phone number in for the rewards program so you are too distracted to notice.I've also gotten bad chicken and fish there. Sulfur smell, day after purchase, refrigerated immediately. One of them was prepackaged but the other was bagged at the meat counter.Just smell the meat before you buy it and make sure everything you buy rings up for the right amount and I guess it's fine.

This store has a very nice ambiance to it and has unique items that you wouldn't find at the regular grocery stores. They have everything from prepared dinner packages to bulk candy. I will tell you that they have an excellent bakery, I highly recommend stopping by and checking it out for yourself.

Not much here that is a normal price. No normal person would go in here to put up with the ginormous attitudes of the cashiers. 1/10 times it's a pleasant experience but the rest of the times, not so much. Tiny produce section but tons of nuts, c-ndy.

This was my first time shopping there and I’m giving it 2 stars instead of one star because it is so attractive and seems to have such a wide variety. HOWEVER, I bought an Italian wrap and upon starting to eat it, found it to be very gritty. Eventually I took it apart to find that the romaine lettuce used in it hadn’t been washed and had black specks of grit all over it. This disgusts me big time and has turned me off to ever shopping there again. Dirty food doesn’t fly with me. Also purchased an individual sized pepperoni pizza and found it wasn’t very tasty at all. The sauce seemed to be plain tomato sauce, not pizza sauce, and other than the pepperoni it was totally unseasoned. But the gritty lettuce makes me sick.

The last time I shopped there November 2023, I purchased 3 1 lb packages of ground chuck and a package of hamburger rolls. I’ve been shopping at FM for years. This particular time, the meat counter employee weighed and wrapped my first package, then completely wrapped the other two, then weighed them…I let it go since there was a line at the meat counter.I made cheese burgers with one package of the meat that night. Almost every bite of the meat had something hard in it and the rolls were stale. I kept a few pieces of the hard substances. I think it’s ground up bone!I threw out the remainder of the cooked meat and returned the other 2 packages of meat, a baggie with a few shards of the hard substance and the rolls.The manager on duty “apologized for the inconvenience “. Since I didn’t have my receipt, why would I because I surely didn’t think the meat was going to be laced with ground bone or shards of something hard, they would only give me store credit. I’m lucky I didn’t break a tooth.I will not shop there again. The meat product was gross and dangerous.Buyers beware.
