Stopped in the Towson Mall store just to browse. Left with a shopping bag. Such a pleasant shopping experience. Staff was so nice and extremely helpful, but not overbearing. No matter how many people came in the store, they didn't forget about me.

If you aren't a 60+ yr old white woman: AVOID. I understand being a 37 yr old hip/young looking Black woman, I don't fit Talbots "target demographic". But I spend my $ where and how I see fit. The two women at this location will be openly rude & hostile towards you. Not surprising, as corporate has done nothing to stop this behavior. Talbots has several instances in several states of racially profiling customers. Say bye bye to my money. Your sweaters are overpriced anyway.

This store has the friendliest customer service. From the minute you walk in and are greeted until you are leaving, the customer feels very valued. Whether you are making a purchase or coming in to make a return, you are treated respectfully. I rarely post comments but I really do love the customer service in this store!

The Talbots store in Towson Plaza is wonderful! No matter who is working they are all experts! Today Eleanor started my dressing room and helped me find a dress. Then Georgeanna, whom I know personally, waited on me for the rest of the time. All of the staff members have a great sense of style and help put outfits together. They can assess body types and discretely guide the customer to a more flattering style when one cut or style doesn't work. They are patient, kind, and respectful of budget constraints. Today I found several things I need and a very cute dress I know I'll enjoy! Thanks so much!
