In a world where Customer Service is seemingly non-existent these days, what a tremendous pleasure it was working with this agency. My experience with Kane Gilchrist was outstanding. Her attention to detail with regard to coverage needs and cost options was handled with thoroughness and thoughtfulness. My coverage is better for substantially less cost. I was with my previous insurance company for 20 years and never had the level of quality customer service that I had today. Although I hope to not have to use my insurance, given my experience today I feel as though I can count on this company when needed. Like a good neighbor State Farm IS there. Thank you!

Lauren's office has been handling our insurance needs since we moved to mid-Atlantic over ten years ago, and we simply picked her office out of the directory - we have never regretted the relationship with her office.. They are always friendly, always helpful. Their service is second to none, and we appreciate that. Her support staff also gets highest ratings from us.

I have had All State Insurance for 20+ years, rates and customer service has changed so much. I received and email from Lauren Campbell - State Farm office and spoke with Breanna - she was able to get me set up with new coverage, at a lower cost and I had better customer service from her in 24 hours then over the past few years. I will be recommending them to anyone that I can.

We have had only wonderful experiences working with Lauren Campbell's office for our company's insurance needs. Specifically, Josh, has been our rep and he has been amazing to work with. We have a multitude of properties and things can get quite complicated with our account Josh is detail oriented, always responds quickly, to our needs and requests and is on top of the game in every way possible.
