Orders are wrong nine times out of ten. Service is dismal. Workers here hate their jobs. Better off going to the Starbucks at the old armory building down the road.

they are never consistent with drinks. i ordered a latte for $8 and it just tasted like water with flavor syrup. you are better off ordering at york and regester starbucks which is just 5 min down the road.

Bad service! I never understand why Starbucks can never be consistent with their drinks or get your order, correct! I visited this Starbucks as I had an appointment in Towson. Confirmed my order with the order taker, but they still served me my order wrong—-and gave me my drink without coffee. Like why else would you come to Starbucks? ??But for caffeine! Especially if I did NOT specifically say no coffee . I don’t even understand how they have a menu leaked on TikTok, but they never make that darn orders correctly. Sucks!!!

The service was excellent. Everyone greeted me as soon as I entered the coffee shop.The bagels were delicious and cooked to perfection.It's a very relaxing place to spend a afternoon.

Closed early- would not allow me to place order even though google & their website both say open til 8:30. The workers were unresponsive on the intercom, hid in the back, & were not coming out until they thought we left. Once I went to approach the door to make sure the place really was closed, they emerged from the back to signal to me that they were closed even after I said how the hours don’t reflect that. I just wanted 2 lemonades so I wasn’t even going to make them use the blender or anything. As a previous Starbucks barista it’s disappointing to take a drive out to the last one open in the area only to see the workers want to get out of their shift early by closing 30min early & locking up. Someone as we drove away was patiently waiting to be greeted in the drive thru

It’s Sunday I understand a line but I have been standing here for over 20 min while only one person is making frappacinos and the rest of the staff watched her fall behind ! I am still standing here and at this point I want a refund this is horrible ! And I had to get my coffee mad over !

I have a special way I like my lattes. The Barista Makayla did a phenomenal job, paying great attention to detail & excellence in making my drink, that I ended up ordering 3 of them while hanging out working on my laptop, they were so delicious. The best version of my special latte I've had. Nikola, another Coffee Bar Attendant, was especially attentive as I hung out at Starbucks for 2 hrs & ordering different items during that period of time. He is very friendly & clearly intelligent and engaging. I will be coming here again, even tho it is a half-hour drive, as the various Starbucks near me have reigned in their services, including removing access to all wall electrical outlets, causing fewer customers to be around or even come to the stores, making them lonely places to hang out.The atmosphere at this Starbucks on York & Burke is warm, friendly & lively while remaining sufficiently quiet, making it easy to work here.Great atmosphere & service ?

The York Rd & Burke Ave location, in Towson, MD, has to be the slowest drive thru on the planet. There could be only 3-4 cars ahead of me and there's still a 20 minute wait. Using the app and going inside makes no difference. Prices have gone up, value of stars have gone down, and it's just not worth it anymore.

This is the worst Starbucks location! Donald, the GM, is inexperienced, rude, a poor trainer, and incompetent as a leader and manager. However, there are 3 excellent baristas in this store who know how to make a drink and are always nice - Kianna, Austin and I think her name is Myra?? (White with long, brown hair- love them). But even when someone else makes my macchiato I still drink it probably 95% of the time, even though it's not that good. I don't expect perfection- just the ability to swallow the drink. Yesterday was horrible! I ordered my drink through the app to pick up at the window but after I ordered, decided to go inside right away because there was no option in the app to put where my son wanted the caramel & whip cream. I wanted to make sure they would not have to waste and remake it. That's what I get for trying to be thoughtful. I walked up to a tall, white guy whiwas making the cold drinks to explain and he yelled at me for not putting put the whip cream and caramel on the top and on the bottom in the app. I explained there was no option and asked him to show me so I'd get it right next time. He seemed irritated and avoided me for several minutes. Then came to me and said he couldn't find it, but that's the way other people do it, and he was too busy to show me. Now the general manager, Donald, was standing right there so I asked him. He told me they were too busy but stood there pretending to be busy. By the way, the White barista was changing trash and fixing drinks - didn't even wash his hands. My son finally gets his drink. I'm waiting for mine for another 10 or 15 minutes. I ask why was it taking so long knowing it was because they were intentionally making me wait to get back at me because they were upset about me complaining about the White barista. The Black barista female or maybe that was a male with braids - hard to tell - still didn't fix my drink right away. I happened to be standing there and she did not remove the foam. I mentioned it to her/him, but she said there was no foam. She handed it to me anyway. I told her to put it down on the counter, like they put all the other drinks down, because I did not want to be accused of snatching. She got upset and instead sat it by the machines and walked off. She could beat The Rock but was sensitive about my comment. Donald put it on the counter. I didn't like it because it was not made as ordered. I asked him if someone else could remake it. He spitefully said no. PETTY and MEAN - all 3 of the them, including the other black girl whispering to the bigger one. He asked why I didn't like my drink and said no to my request to ask one of the other 4 baristas to make my coffee. As I was explaining, he actually yelled at me, loudly, "don't mistreat my staff." I was the one being mistreated as a customer, but if he wanted to choose the Black woman to make a scene with I wasn't going to fall for that. My son was about to say something, though, but I told him not to, asked for a refund and we left the store. First, I left a voicemail with the district manager, Dawn, who's also a poor leader and unresponsive. If I were White, I'm sure my it would be different. Thencalled Customer Service 800 number. I'll be writing the CEO at corporate and posting on social media about this unprofessional and hateful service. Glad there were cameras to catch who was yelling at whom. I served my country 8 years during Operation Desert Storm, and am a disabled Veteran at that. When Donald found out he told me thank you for your service, Well, u want to thank a Veteran, treat them with the same respect they give you.. If you want respect, give it! Baristas should not get mad at a customer if they don't like the drink. Attempt to make it right. And be kind while you're doing it. Have you considered that this is why some of your customers probably get upset with some of you? Because you treat them like they've ask you for something out of the ordinary. I know what my dri
