I have been using a cane because of foot surgery and I asked if I could push the shopping cart out to the mall door. It was difficult carrying a shopping bag with the cane. Tamika immediately said that an alarm would go off if I took the cart out of Nordstrom. She then , also immediately , offered to come with me and bring the cart back to the store. I have not seen customer service like this for a long time. Tamika made today a wonderful experience. Kudos to her and to the Nordstrom management for having such fine employees.”

“The energy at this store is always relaxed and chill. Customers walk in and browse shoes to buy. Haven't had any crazy encounters with other customers or staff. The staff provides quality customer service. The return policy is generous at 60 days with a receipt and the BOX it came in at the time of purchase and the item cannot be obviously worn to the eye. Any returns without a receipt can be completed as an equal exchange or traded for store credit. Love it here especially at this location. 10/10.”
“I had never been to this store before . I decided to come here for the first time searching for a nice birthday outfit, and I was pleasantly surprised! When I came in me and my sister were greeted by a nice stylist named Dominique she was so amazing! she got me set up in a dressing room and even left a couple of suggestions for me to try on! her and the other ladies were so amazing everytime I came out of the dressing room they were so nice and encouraging the whole time I was here . Unfortunately I didn’t find my birthday outfit here but I will be returning just because the service was so amazing ! please visit this location if you’re looking for quality customer service .”
“I have really liked their new location outside of the main mall. They have been very helpful with finding specific items and managing returns. Free People as a company has limited in-store inventory so I call ahead sometimes to ask if they have what I’m looking for. They’re always very kind and let me know if they have the item in-store.

Everything I order something via the app for instore pickup, the app automatically sets my name as whatever the store location I'm picking up from causing confusion for the store employees and myself so a process that's supposed to be a simple pickup for a item I already paid for ends up being more complicated for both parties”

This location has been fine, generally neat and well stocked, and the workers are usually okay - though Macy's doesn't have enough of them. Recently I needed help in the Intimate Apparel department and a worker in a wheelchair (yea! diversity!) was very informed. My spouse and I use Macys.com often as well, with no problems.”
