The chicken is never fresh at this location only theye expect you to eat the chicken that been sitting allday it's never fresh and knowing they can get someone sick they don't care I shouldn't have to go to the royal farms in parkville when I live in Towson right across the street in Cromwell valley apartments that's sad it's a lot of people in this area is fed up do something about it next time I'm taking pictures in the different locations so you can see the difference

I was sitting in my car parked at around 8:00pm on Tuesday night a worker was outside for a smoke break wearing a black hat and green shirt. He was staring at me non stop is was so creepy I left because I was scared he was going to get in my car he kept walking around it and staring directly at me. I attempted to call the store so they could correct it but got out to voice mall after calling 30 times.

Employee was literally whining and throwing a fit because people kept showing up right before the store was about to close. I was embarrassed for him, it was so unprofessional.

I have diabetes, and I deliver to the store. They declined for me to use the restroom. When I just saw a customer & and an employee using the restroom. Not good

Your staff member Maggie is absolutely fantastic. She always is friendly , prompt , helpful and always stocking everything. She is a multitasking pro. I love coming here because of her and she remembers me . Great worker. Thank you Maggie.

I just got breakfast from here and am really upset I wasted my money. The waffles are stale and the scrapple is very thin, old, and dry. The hash brown is cold and dry as well. It is the worst food I’ve ever had from any restaurant. I got the same meal from another location and it was so good. But I’ll have to throw this in the trash. Now I’m home eating pizza rolls for breakfast ?

It is my first time entering royal farms, welcoming me with what it has to offer to customers and potential employees. And I have to be quite frank on this statement, it's a simple extravaganza. With highly respectful employees who wouldn't mind helping any customer in need it's so clean and every aisle was so organized that it reminded me of the Enoch Pratt Free Library with how categorized every food section was well I didn't get to process all the products there but I believe it will be great once I get there again. Royal Farms is quite an excellent convenience store and I can't get enough of the exclusivity it holds.

The Providence Road Royal Farms is finally open again after a 3 year hiatus- the building has been completely renovated and they now have Fired Chicken.

Maggie the girl that works here was very very nice and amazing very helpful with getting my food and asked me if I needed anything else and making sure that I got my discount with the stuff that I bought that had a discount on it she was above and beyond with her kindness and work ethic deff will come back here just to see her for ally royal farms needs thank you. I’m tired of everytime I coke in here the cashiers don’t help people. Line all the way to the back of the store sometimes and they wanna stand there a watch you use the self checkout. Or they stand behind the wall and make you wait long as ever because they dont wanna do their job.

I got double charged for two packs of cigarettes. Your employees didn’t come up with receipts. Both times said your bank would take care of it. They did not. They said they would remember my face. Fifty plus bucks for two packs of cigarettes.
