The staff is friendly, helpful, and works exceptionally hard to make the dress happen, offering expert suggestions and customization. They take thoughtful steps like noting a child's school to prevent duplicate dresses. While appointments are recommended, walk-ins are sometimes possible with patience. Located on the fourth floor of Towson Mall, it is important to use the correct mall address for directions. Customers are very thankful and highly recommend the boutique, noting it is definitely worth the wait for the perfect, beautiful result.
Stopped in here to look for dress for my neice's prom. Effy was a pleasure to work with she was so nice and helpful. She made this experience so easy. My neice said yes to the dress. Effy was awesome. Will update later with pics.
