“The people here are great. I needed a rush order of programs for my mother's funeral, and I was quoted quickly at a reasonable price, and they got the project finished in essentially half a day. It looked amazing, unfortunately we figured out after printing that I hadn't numbered the pages for them correctly. Instead of pointing the finger and making me feel like an a**, they just got to work fixing it, without extra charge, and printed an extra 100 for me all by the next day. The manager/owner (not sure) gave me a funny but thoughtful talk about appreciating the time I had with my mother and sent me on my way. I felt really valued as a customer. They were excellent. The quality of the product also exceeded my expectations. I don't live in VA anymore, so I probably won't need their services again, but I recommend them to anyone who does. These people take pride in their work.”
“I love the cube. The concept, Black girl magic, childcare, and location are great. I wish there were more kids/ more awareness of the childcare option and more general members there daily. The event space is flexible and great for different kinds of events. The conference rooms and outdoor space are cute and great options for meetings. I do wish the conference rooms or unoccupied offices were available for use when not booked to make calls or take quick virtual meetings to not disturb others. Overall I recommend it.”

The print quality is beyond expectations and their service is friendly and quick.I'm not based in Maryland, I'm in Vermont, and I do believe in supporting local first, but also supporting small business and family businesses, this place is both! Small in stature big in delivery. I've priced out local printers and none can touch the pricing that Advance offers, local printers are easily double the cost.We print 5k-10k copies of our productions at a time and Advance doesn't even flinch, delivering fast turn around times. I would recommend them whether you're in Maryland or well beyond, like me.”

“This fedex is the closest to me and is the most convenient. I was extremely pleased with their service to help me ship multiple boxes to my new home. They are straightforward and are knowledgeable at what they do-- quick and easy. Parking is the only thing that might be tough to find but they have street parking. I went here several times and never had any issues. They know what they're doing.”

“Yvonne (so sorry if I spelled this wrong) was a GODSEND. If that woman doesn't get a raise, yall are missing out on praising a high-quality employee!!Our company had a very important Board meeting at 3:30pm and our printer broke down at 2:45pm (UGH). We called multiple places for printing and NONE of them were accommodating until I spoke with Yvonne! She not only went above and beyond, but that woman took a 45 minute print job and had it done by the time I took the 3 minute drive over there!We will continue using this location from here on out thanks to that one employee! “Walked in the door with an oversized package and pre-printed label. Was planning on purchasing packing tape to seal the box but one of the team members greeted me at the door, took the box, said they'd take care of sealing it and applying the label, then showed me how to print my receipt. I was in and out in 2 minutes tops and he was so kind! Customer service doesn't exist anymore, it was so nice to have such a pleasant experience.”
