Came in here twice and I wasnt greeted despite standing right in front of the associate. The second time i was waiting in front a caucasian lady and the same associate ignored me and helped the lady who was second in line. The first time in the store was to look at a bed we saw online in person, but they did not have it. The online site has a lot more than the store.

Visited the store on 10/31/23 to search for some different bed options. The store was clear of customers with the exception of myself and a friend. There were 3 staff members on duty and NONE of them greeted me nor my friend. We literally had to speak to the lady first and the 2 guys never spoke or asked us did we need assistance. Just this customer service experience alone makes me not want to patronize this company.

Everything is so beautiful here. The store manager Nancy was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. Truly some of the best customer service I've had in a long time.

Not a single member of the sales team asked any of our group if we were finding everything okay nor if there was something we were looking for/had our eye on. For that reason alone I will give 1 star.

The people who work here are all useless college aged lesbians who openly hate white people, we were disrespected and laughed at by the employees for just asking a question. Won't be coming back

I have given it two stars. One for the beautiful layout and one for the helpful service. It's a pleasant store to shop in as long as you don't look at the prices. Everything that I checked out looked like they established a fair price then multiplied it by four. Nice place to visit. Wouldn't want to shop there.

Do not listen to when Pottery Barn says things will be delivered. I ordered a entertainment center in November. They have updated it weekly to it being delivered the following week. We are now almost in the last week of March. The customer service will also have zero answers for you....The service level is not worth the price.

Wow! Pottery Barn at Towson Town Center is going down hill fast. I love PB furniture and home goods, but this store is not worth the trip to the mall. I went on a weekday when the mall wasn't busy. I was looking for bathroom mirrors, specifically, and have had good luck with PB in the past...even bought some furniture at this store. I walked in and the store was empty. I was the only customer. I walked past two workers who didn't acknowledge me. Then another who was organizing things in the back. Another in the mirror display who ignored me, then one more who was working at the counter and appeared to have a manager's badge or something that distinguished her apart from the rest of the employees. We made eye contact. For a minute. I paused. She then looked at her phone again. Unbelievable. Not one of the five even said hello or offered to assist me. They actually had expensive mirrors I was interested in, but I will go somewhere else where customer service actually still exists. Do better, PB!

I went to pick up an order that I made online, and the attention was horrible, I was received by a woman who looked at me with discrimination, she told me that someone would come to give me my order, I was with my sister and my daughter, while we waited We wanted to go over to see some cups, the woman who received us told us not to move from where we were standing, there were several people looking to buy and she didn't say anything to them, this had never happened to us, several years ago she bought at Pottery Barn in line, but I never went to a store and I will never go back, I feel like she did it because we are Latinas, I am very upset, I felt that she humiliated us.

Beautiful items. Atrocious customer service. Couldn’t find my online order. Wouldn’t cancel it. Told me to call 800 number. Spent 30 minutes on phone and was told only the store employees can cancel it.

Beautiful store my daughter just came out n she was happy they had the flag ..the lady at the desk was really nice
