Such a waste of time. Went in to get a certified check. After 30 min they could not find me in the computer, then they had me wait another 20 min to tell me, sorry we can't do it today, please come back tomorrow.

Extremely unprofessional people. Charles literally asked my why I was depositing so much money and what it was for.... dont think thats any of your business, as it is your job to smoothly facilitate the transaction and thats it. Numerous other times ill come in just to make a deposit and it will take at LEAST 15-20 minutes. Go somewhere else if you value your time

I rarely review services on Google. But this PNC branch is terrible. Staff is super laid back and sloppy. It took me an hour just to get a check and withdraw money. There was no other customer but me. The teller counted money extremely slow and counted over and over again, which wasn't professional at all. Advoid this branch at all cost!!!! I would give 0 star if I could.

Whenever I come in I see Douglas and he always treats me right, we have a good chat, I get what I need to get done and leave no problems. Can't ask for more.

I wish can give negative 10000 stars to this TOWSON branch. This branch wastes my time. The manager ask me to sit. Then 10 mins later he came and said "I could not see you because the pole block the sight". But I can see him with no problem when I sit. Later, I have a document needs the manager to sign. I literally waited him for more than 30 mins. He is having fun with his 5 "customers (male and female)" in another counter, and few more people came into and went out his group, back and forth. I strongly suspect that they are neglecting their duty. BTW, the communication between the teller is terrible. This branch is THE WOREST.

I like nothing about this branch of PNC. Usually PNC treats me right, but today i encountered one of my worst customer service encounters ever. I walked in and was greeted, asked if i could cash a check. No problem they said, since the check was off of PNC. I went to the teller and was greeted by a mouth full of braces. Screaming inexperience, a lack of energy, and downright rudeness. The tellers name was Natalie Cole. After standing in line for 25 minutes and holding up the whole bank, she finally returned my check, ID and card which she had been holding telling me i couldnt cash because they couldnt reach the signer of the check for "verification." Here i thought verification was a signature! Truly the most unpleasant person i have ever met and a downright disgrace to have employed at such a wonderful bank. Will NEVER be returning to this branch. Natalie Cole was a downright Idiot.
