I had my ear pierced in two places, and new jewelry today at the Towson Town Center location of Piecing Pagoda for my birthday. Niy and Dan were helpful throughout the whole process. They helped me price and pick jewelry. Dan was my piercer, she was diligent and detailed. We picked the perfect spot for each piece, she was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She fit the jewelry to my budget and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.The service is great and the associates know what they are doing, whether you are just buying jewelry (they also have body jewelry) or getting your ears pierced. It was quick, entirely painless, and very professional. I will be returning for future plans for my ears, and would highly recommend this location. Thank you, Banter by Piercing Pagoda, and Dan, for helping make my birthday special.?

I was serviced by Joci and she was absolutely amazing. She let me know every special and was fast, yet knowledgeable and accommodating. I ended up getting a new piercing and some new nose jewelry. Joci made a last impression on me. Will be coming back!

They pierced my 2 year old daughter's ears. Even with making pen marks on her ears prior to piercing, one of her holes was made even farther back than a second piercing would go. Terrible job. Definitely do not recommend.
