“After years of incredibly poor customer service from Walgreens and then CVS, I transferred all of my prescriptions to Ruxton Pharmacy, a family-owned business in Ruxton. I took a chance but I definitely have no regrets. I walked into the Ruxton Pharmacy this morning to pick up a prescription and to possibly refill another. What could have taken an hour at CVS took me 5 minutes at Ruxton Pharmacy. There was no one in line, the phones were not ringing off the hooks. The gentleman who helped me was kind and personable. Bonus points: The prices I paid were at least 25% cheaper than CVS or Walgreens. They also have an A-mazing greeting card selection which I will take advantage of the next time I return. Thank you so much, Ruxton Pharmacy in Ruxton, for providing just what I needed-- quality customer service and prices.”
“Have been coming here for 3 years and started taking the service for granted until I had to go to RiteAid for an immediate need and it took them 40 minutes whereas at Osler you walk in and are helped immediately.At RiteAid, Walgreens, and CVS, always slow lines, and takes them a while to fill, and there’s usually rudeness from the overworked underpaid staff.At Osler, it’s all much faster and more convenient; for instance I don’t have to bring my card bc it’s on file. He will also order anything you need if they don’t have it, and call you when it’s in. If you call, the pharmacist picks up immediately, and likely knows you by name.”
“Good for getting what you need last minute and what may be out of stock elsewhere! Very friendly staff! Be advised it will be far more expensive here to purchase prescriptions since they are a smaller pharmacy and as they DO NOT accept coupons unless manufacturers- so no GoodRX or the like coupons so anticipate paying double than CVS or Walgreens prices!”
“I've tried Walgreens then CVS before coming to Giant. The other 2 always looked chaotic and understaffed. CVS also had issues with my insurance that undermined my prescribed dosage. My doctor couldn't figure out why. So I tried Giant (I like a drive thru but value consistent good service more). I'm so glad I did! They give timely and multiple notifications, fast efficient service and everything is so orderly! There is NEVER any fumbling around to see which shelf, bin or pile your medicine is in. If you are someone who needs a prescription filled on a regular basis, this Giant location will not disappoint.”

“This was my first visit to the new location since it ha been opened. Came in to utilize my CVS extra bucks. I browsed for about a good 5 minutes and decided to look into sanitation wipes for my future trip to Cancun. With the help of a sweet customer service rep. She assisted in helping me find good wipes and a even bigger score the Clorox wipes were on sale plus the use of my CVS bucks. I love getting those bucks to shop. After my purchase, I got even more extra CVS bucks!”

“The staff at the CVS on 1001 York Road is excellent. They are polite, respect us as patients, and go out of the way to help with issues like PAs, drug shortages, insurance questions, etc. I love the 24 hour availability which makes wait times shorter than other pharmacies not open 24 hours. I recommend going to the pharmacy rather than calling, as the wait times for calls can get long, but that is everywhere, not just at this CVS. In fact, I think the wait times are less since they are opened 24 hours and you can call early in the morning before the rush (6 am). 5 stars well reserved.”

“I want to take the time and thank the pharmacy staff for helping me. I been here several times at different parts of the day. Each time I was helped, treated with respect and able to get my prescription. One time a pharmacist has stayed past his break to help me with a prescription and I really appreciate it because I was in pain and not feeling well that day.Also I was a little frustrated because the pharmacist was having problems processing my prescription. He was able to resolve the issue and I greatly appreciated! Another time I had a pharmacist caught a high dose of a medication . I also greatly appreciated that.
