Terrible service and long waits. I was offered an oil change off the books at the Howard St location that cost more than the official one. Joppa was courteous but it took 2.5 hrs for an oil change without a word or explanation ?
***After reading other reviews I also want to acknowledge Kevin for his great customer service. I returned the following day to clarify a tire rotation issue and he made the best out of a bad experience. I also see in Monroe's response to a
customer review, they told her to call the customer service line, it's a complete joke. I stayed on the line for 20 minutes with no response as well.

Two and a half hours to get two tires replaced on an empty garage. They also didn’t put much air in my new tires as I had a flat and had to pump air myself.

I came for an oil change and received that along with a complimentary checkup on my car. He also put air in all the tires, all which was unexpected but very much appreciated. The guy also had excellent customer service, I feel bad I can’t remember his name.

Kevin and management team are always responsive and provide good honest feedback about reapair needs and the shop capabilities. Very helpful that the business is open long hours and seven days a week

I called to make an appointment and someone scheduled me for 4:30. I brought my car in at 4:30, the tech had no idea someone had been scheduled and he lamented that he was the only tech working and he didn’t have time for my 4:30 appointment. He told me he could probably do it at 6pm. I told Him that was fine as I live Close by and can walk back to get it. I also told him I could pick it up in the morning and he told me he didn’t like to leave work for the next day. He told me he would call me to come get my car when it was ready. I also asked him explicitly not to rotate my tires, which I believe Was ignored. No one called me for the rest of the day. At 9:15 the next morning I called Again and was connected to the shop. I believe The manager answered the phone and I began To ask him about my car and walked him through the series of events that had gone down the day prior. He told me he would get my car worked on right away and have it done by 10 am. I showed up at 10 and the tech from the day prior came in to ring me up while other customers were in the waiting area, he came in and looked at me and announced “I heard You chewed my manager out this morning”. Unprofessional on so many levels. On the manager for sharing that lie with his subordinate and for the tech for saying that to me and especially in front of other customers. I was Embarrassed and taken aback. I did not chew anyone out and I dont Appreciate the being spoken to in that manner. This was incredibly rude and I am Blown away at the lack of customer service this establishment provided me. Then, after I told The tech I didn’t chew anyone out, their credit card machine or computer stopped working and I stood There for 10 additional minutes waiting for them to figure it out so they could process my payment. I will Not be bringing my car in for service again, nor will I recommend This establishment to anyone else.
** EDIT** I was asked to call to speak with customer service regarding this matter. I called, sat on hold for 20, 1 rude individual answered the phone, pushed me through to another line, where I was forced to leave a voicemail. No one has returned my call.
** EDIT CONTINUED** 2 weeks have passed and not one person has reached back out to me, even after editing this review and leaving voicemails. Some of the worst customer service I've received. Do not give this establishment your business.

Zero stars for some reason they don't allow you to bring in the parts. And on top of that they never have anyone ready to do the work

Kevin was above and beyond amazing for me today! I came in to get a tire plug and an oil change and he helped me in and out no problem! I definitely recommend, and big shout out to Kevin this was one of the best car experiences I have had in a really long time.

Came in to get my tire plugged and found a better solution!!! I was taken care of right away and receive an internal patch instead of a plug for my tire. Fast and reliable service
