I took my BMW 2020 X5 in for service with them, as it was the dealership that I bought it from. What I didn't know was that they hire thieves to steal very special family heirlooms from, on my key fob that I trusted them with were two charms that had absolutely NO intrinsic value to anyone but me, but someone there decided to rip them from my FOB one is replaceable the other was given to me in 1986 my my uncle's wife as a rememerance to him because it came from a unit anniversary, he died two years before I could meet him, she gave it to me because she knew id appreciate it, but someone at MILEONE thought theyd like it better, I'm so disgusted, it held NO value to anyone but me, take the $1000 worth of King Cobra irons or thw $30 worth of quarters out of the cup holders but something from my family? Really?

This auto group is in the business of robbing their consumers . Selling lemons with known existing issues and trying to pass the buck . Everyone is calling saying the same thing. I don’t understand why no one is informed of the Maryland Lemon law, John H. to be exact .He has also refused to give me contact information of the name of the higher chain of command that could possibly over turn his decision. John H wants to be the judge ,jury & the prosecutor. All we’re asking is for someone to show some humanity. If this was their son, daughter ,mother or loved one etc, this matter would have been resolved over night. This issue is going way over a business time frame. Just as fast as you can sell a car, should be as fast as resolving issues.

I bought a 2021 tesla model s plaid. From start to finish it was a great experience. The sales staff finance manager and general manager were all genuinely concerned about customer service . I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a reasonably priced new or used vehicle

Purchased new Honda Passport from Heritage Honda Westminster. The vehicle was not prepped before delivery, they forgot to inform Honda to activate safety features, they didn’t verify the collision SOS feature was working. Called main MileOne and WOW,,, pushed back to dealership. Now it looks like the vehicle should never had left the dealership. Why in the world deal with a company like this.

Mr. ****** reached out to to check up on us and I was so impressed, I had to do this for my brother! My mother tried to buy car last month but due to some circumstances, it didn't happen. However Mr. ****** didn't make her feel bad but offered some encouraging words. I may be in a position to help her out soon and when that time comes, we'll be back!

General Manager does not return calls concerning customer complaints. He / She is just fine with customer concerns not being addressed. Beware before you do any business with this company. Their dealership charged me for services not performed and is apparently ok with this level of poor integrity. They documented that I declined services on my repair order but yet I was never even offered those services. Beware....Beware.....and stay away from this place.

This company is doesn't like to hire top talent that looks different than them. Talent with 20 plus years of experience. Not a place that is willing to change with time. All management jobs don't have to go to White men or women. All races should have the opportunity in management if the have the skills for it. RACIST COMPANY

At the start of the car shortage, we made an appointment to test drive a specific Honda they were advertising. We confirmed by phone the car was in-stock - before making the trek to their dealership. After 70 minutes of doing the obligatory dance with the Sales Department, and being very patient, they confess the car we came TO BUY was not available AND tried to talk us into a lesser vehicle! To add insult to injury, later the same day, a different Salesman called to see if we were interested in seeing the SAME imaginary car! You be the jury. What’s your opinion on being jerked around like this?

This dealer is complete trash. I am so upset I don’t even have the energy to explain what happened. I hardly ever write a review, good or bad. However, this time it was necessary. Do not under any circumstances go to the dealer. There will be issues start to finish. I will never purchase another car from a mile one dealer.

I was very underwhelmed by the experience at the dealership. My wife and I came to Heritage Hyundai excited to look at the Tucson. We left there very dissatisfied and decided maybe we should check Toyota instead. After looking, at the Toyota's, we are still going to be getting a Hyundai however we will not be getting it from this dealership regardless of distance (even though they are less than 2 miles from my our house).
The apathy of your staff, coldness, lack of interest and the sales rep forgetting our names really showed how little he cared/staff cared. When asking about testing cars, he was noncommittal at best. I get that there are a lot of people coming to buy cars and it's a seller's market but that's certainly not a way to get/retain customers.
