I want to thank the entire team at NTB Towson for their excellent service, especially Leo, who was very professional and kind. This car repair shop is reliable and efficient. Leo took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the repairs and maintenance of my vehicle, and I felt in good hands throughout the whole process. The prices are fair, and the service is fast. I definitely recommend NTB Towson to anyone looking for quality service for their car. Thank you, Leo and team!

Went to two other places where there was no acknowledgement or customer service. Walked in to a friendly hello, quick and knowledgeable about my issue and offered a couple of suggestions. Helped while I waited and had me in and out as quickly as possible.

Dropped car on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. for alignment. They said it will be ready in an hour and a half. Multiple calls bunch of lies that they working on it. At 4: 00pm they called me saying they don't feel comfortable doing alignment because of rear tires conditions. Even I only needed from wheel alignment. Bunch of lies, waisted whole day. Don't use them.

Professional and courteous staff. Came in with a nail in my tire and left with my problem fixed plus info on my car's maintenance and feeling like I wasn't "sold" a bunch of add on stuff to make them money.
PS: Get the road hazard coverage on your tires, it's definitely worth it

Told me it would be about 45 minutes before they could get me in, and they started working on my car in exactly that amount of time. Had me in and out fast with no appointment. Will be a returning customer and would recommend to everyone.

I was very reluctant to write a review of this location with the hopes of avoiding sounding like a "Karen". After my third visit to this location, I changed my mind. Initially, I visited Towson NTB to have a tire replaced as I had popped it earlier that day. My dad decided to ask them to run a full diagnostic of the entire vehicle and locate any other issues that could have resulted from my flat tire since I had been run off the road that morning and had a minor collision with the curb. Kenneth did his due diligence in playing phone tag with my father and me as I waited in the office, and they both decided to replace various parts in the vehicle now rather than waiting until they needed replaced immediately. This included parts such as all new brakes, all new tires, a control arm, two front struts, and a few other parts. When the work was finished (about 2 days later), I picked up my car and immediately noticed a metal screeching noise when I drove it. I brought my car back in to find that my mechanic, Jeremiah, had not secured the rim on my tire correctly. He apologized, fixed it, and I went on my way. A few days later, I was driving out of town and when reaching highway speed my steering wheel began to shake uncontrollably and I felt that I could not control my vehicle driving over 55mph. I brought my car back in to the shop, where Jeremiah told me he did not balance my wheels correctly. He redid it as such. I took my car, drove it on the highway again and continued to feel my seat, pedals, and the floor underneath my feet vibrate at highway speed. This time, I took my car into a different shop to get a second opinion because I did not know if I was actually feeling something hazardous. It took all of one test drive for the mechanics at this location to tell me it was incredibly uncomfortable to drive and I needed it fixed right away. They also found a loose bolt on my new control arm. I brought my car back into NTB for the third time, where I was met with a different mechanic, Bach, who went to work, took videos and photos of the finished repair to send to me, and I left with a seemingly fixed vehicle. Over the next week, I was still feeling great vibrations on the seat, pedals and floor of the driver side and refused to bring my car back into this location for service. I ended up using the Lutherville location, one that I now trust and am very pleased with their mechanics and management. I have been told that most of the staff at this location has been terminated since my experience, but I am not entirely sure how accurate this is. I am very disappointed by the outcome of my time spent at NTB Towson, and I do not recommend this location.

My tires were running low and pulled into NTB in a panic. The Towson York road location was location was locking up; however. Shariff and his manager checked my tires and put air in the tires for me . They were kind, smiling and thoughtful . Great customer service and considerate of them to help me despite it was closing time .
