Great clothing and home decor. But the customer service is awful. There are never enough cashiers. Today, the line went out of the wait line area and all the way back to a mirrored column in the aisle. There had to be at least 30 people lined up. Ridiculous. TJ Maxx and Homegoods always have adequate staffing. Marshalls needs to do better.

The customer service is great. Everyone who works there is very sweet. My reason for 3 stars is their lack of midsize fashion options for women. That may be why nearly the entire women's section was marked as clearance....because most American women are not a size 2. Hopefully, they are making space for more amazing midsize fashion to rival the size two-s. Please note this is not a diss on petite women. I just want to see my size fashion equally reflected in the places I shop.

I came to the store to see if they carried any B&T sizes for men, primarily. I did not see much for me, and there was no particular area for B&T that I could see. I looked at a few racks, but got discouraged by the disarray. I wish it was better sorted. I did continue to look around and bought a few other things, but left without any clothing
