The experience I have is very bad, poor service from the agent who helps me with my questions or solve my problems. In addition, they are charging me $515 dollars for insurance for a car that is not even a sports car. To charge that large rate for a sedan and yet it is not even full coverage insurance but I have one that covers only one car. Bad server: agent Urrutia

My experience with Allstate has been great thus far. I have been an Alllstate customer for over 5 years and the ease of navigating the app as well as speaking to an agent has always been a plus. The insurance rates that have been offered to me are always lower than other competitors and that's the one of the biggest reasons why I have remained a loyal customer for so many years.

The Towson office is awesome, some how I was shifted to highland town wasn't pleased. Had to cancel raised my car insurance 79 dollars more a month. I was a good customer and don't feel that much of an increase was right

At first it was fine with you, but after a while I don't know why the price went up, it was supposed to go down. I think I will end my contract with you.

I have been with Geico for more than 15 years. I received a letter stating my auto insurance premiums would go down. I then received my renewal rate & in fact it went up. I then started searching for better auto insurance rates. I searched online and was provided several quotes. Allstate provided a quote that was much lower than Geico so I immediately decided to move forward by switching to Allstate. The switch happened after Dana kept calling over & over again. I was exited at that point. When I switched Dana H. advised me that if I bring referrals I would receive a gift card for the referral. I know quite a few people so I thought this would be great. I referred someone to Allstate after Dana H kept asking me about my referral. The individual switched to Allstate and a few weeks later asked if I received anything for referring him. I honestly forgot about it and then advised my friend I didn’t. I reached out to Dana H. and she said she would forward to Manny because he’s the agent. About a week and a half later I received a gift card in the mail from Manny accompanied by a letter thanking me for the referral with a $15 gift card to Dunkin Donuts. Yes, that’s right $15 gift card to Dunkin Donuts ( I bet whoever is reading this is laughing). I reached out via email and advised Dana H. that I will not be referring anyone else to Allstate. It’s not the fact that it was $15; it’s the fact that I don’t even eat at Dunkin Donuts. I told them that in the email and of course NO RESPONSE. That’s not the reason for the review. Last week; I received a renewal rate that put me right back to where I was if I would have stayed with Geico. I sent an email to Dana H. to inquire about the increased rate and she responded back that she had to forward my message to Manny since he’s my agent. To date, Manny has yet to respond to me. I’m not an insurance hopper, but not sure I’ll stay. I DO NOT recommend using Manny as your Allstate agent. He’s not responsive and provides the worst gift card if you refer to him. To avoid answering questions or concerns do not send them to Dana because she will forward all emails to Manny to avoid having to answer anything. The funny thing about this is I received an email to write a review after I sent my email inquiring about the raised premiums. I have had 0 tickets, received the discount for my driving and my auto insurance renewal rate increased. Dissatisfied customer.
