I love Lush and have been using their products religiously for years. I love going around smelling each product and for the most part my experience has been positive. Yesterday, I went to this location with my husband and his little sister we were at the facial station looking around and one of the workers said as loud as possible “I hope my facial station stays clean.” We were the only people in the store at the time. It made us feel uncomfortable and incredibly unwanted in the store to the point I wanted to leave immediately. If they had a problem with us potentially messing up their station I would have been more then understanding if they asked us to be mindful of their work, but to be passive aggressive to customers was incredibly unprofessional and left a bad impression with me.

I’ve been shopping at Lush for over a decade 🌿 (since I was a teenager!) and have visited their stores in New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and beyond. No matter where I go, the vibe is the same: kind, welcoming staff who make you feel valued whether you’re buying one bath bomb or an entire haul.
The Towson location especially stands out. On my last visit, I wasn’t even shopping — I just needed to rinse out a container before returning it elsewhere. The team let me use their sink without hesitation and chatted with me like I was a regular making a big purchase. That’s the kind of genuine service that’s almost impossible to find these days — truly above Nordstrom, Apple, or anywhere else. 💯
What I also love about Lush is their values:

🐇 Absolutely no animal testing
🌍 Transparency about which ingredients are organic and fair trade
💅 A brand that’s proudly inclusive & LGBTQ+ friendly
Yes, the prices are on the higher end, but they’re absolutely fair for the level of quality, ethics, and rigorous testing that goes into every product.
The only small heads-up is that the scents in-store can be strong, so sensitive noses might want to be prepared. Otherwise, Lush is hands down one of the best, most transparent, and most joyful companies to shop with. Five stars all the way! 🌈🌸

The he’s, she’s, & thems that operate this store are so incredibly friendly & helpful. Found my new signature fragrance for the next 2 months and some great hair conditioner!!

This is my 2nd time at Lush Towson! Once in Valentine's Day and today! Both times I received excellent customer service. Katie and the other associates took really good care of me. I bought Super Milk after Katie gave me a sample last time. I also bought the Good Karma gift set, after buying the small Good Karma body wash. I will definitely be back!

Okay so I am a longtime Lush fan and use a lot of the products. Lush is great- everywhere and always. But this Lush is always the *best* Lush store! I was in today and Nemo and Bella were SO helpful and SO knowledgeable about the products. I am just so appreciative for all their help today! Thank you! ❤️

if i could rate a million stars i would! bella and gaz were such a moment, i went in simply because they looked welcoming/nice. i was having such a rough day and they recommended the p e r f e c t products for me! they even showed me a product with my name!! they treated me like a friend and had me leave with a smile on my face. slayyyyy! gaz had such a fun vibe to zir, and bella was just as sweet! thanks guys <3 slay the day
