Bad customer service at Towson mall location - I was interested in buying but my phone was dead. While they had an outlet - they refused to let me use it while I shopped .. … saying they don’t allow people to hang out in the store — when I actually came to order - it was assumed I was not a valued customer - which made me decide not to shop there - 0 stars

I recently purchased a sactional from the Towson Town Center store. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They made excellent recommendations that helped in customizing a sofa to fit my space and meet all of my requirements. The shipping was fast and on time. The set up was also easy. I used a combination of you tube videos and the assembly instruction diagram the sales team provided. I am beyond pleased with the function, comfort and versatility of my sactional. I highly recommend.

Finally, a place to sit comfortably!!! We recently purchased a PillowSac after hesitating and visiting the Towson LoveSac store several times. We had a bean bag chair when we were young, it got used a lot. My husband and I are now in our 70s - LOL! We love this PillowSac so much! As comfortable as my other furniture is, our first choice is always the PillowSac. I have no regrets with our purchase! The salesperson was patient and helpful when choosing fabric and from the reviews, LoveSac totally backs their products. I’m sure that when my children visit , the PillowSac will be the sought after place to sit! Thank you !

The entire experience was enjoyable! From the first time I walked into the store (about 2 months ago) until I made my purchase last week, I received exceptional customer service. Steph and Kay (I believe that’s her name) were amazing. Honestly, the customer service is why I decided to purchase a $8k couch. They were knowledgeable and overall just super helpful throughout the entire process.My only complaint is that my furniture was delivered way sooner than they quoted. I couldn’t dispose of my current furniture fast enough.

We had such a good experience at the Towson Location Lovesac. Miranda was FANTASTIC! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient —-she got us exactly what we were looking for. Cannot wait to receive our purchase!
