The front desk staff worker was incredibly rude. Headphones (AirPods) in acting aloof and unwelcoming. I would expect someone working in health care to have more professionalism at work.

It is absolutely mind boggling why people take front desk positions but don't want to interact with people. Rude. Unhelpful. I was trying to ask about myt insurance payment process and she was ridiculously unhelpful spoke down to me instead. The person who took my blood was fine, curt and unfriendly but fine. Front desk was unacceptable

When they’re good, they’re good. When they’re bad they’re AWFUL. They’re usually awful. You can expect to wait 2 hours even if you made an appointment and they do nothing to keep waiting patients updated or informed on why or when you might expect to be seen.

Employment Drug Screeningn- Required to make an appointment but they still have you waiting an inordinate amount of time. This is ridiculous and a complete disregard for my time.

Based on the reviews, I prepared to be waiting hours and rudeness. Instead, I was in and out in 15 min as a walk-in with an electronic order. The ladies working 6/12 at 8:30 am were efficient and professional. Thanks

Staff rude. No greeting . She barely held the door open for me to come to the back and it almost hit me. I had an appointment but still wasn’t seen for an hour. Won’t come to this location again even though it’s the closest

Your company has a systemic problem. All the reviews at all your locations are less than 3.1. It seems to center around the front desk personnel. This is a fixable problem. Since it’s a long-standing problem, you either don’t know how to hire the right people, you don’t care, or there are no competitive alternatives. It’s unconscionable that you subject your customers to this kind of experience. My daughter came home in tears because of how she was treated at the Towson location.

I took my father-in-law 20 minutes before closing. It seems he may have a UTI again so the doctor ordered labs. He has Parkinson’s, dementia, and a few other things he is dealing with. I had my 1 year old son and him so my hands were full. The lady at the front desk was awesome and helpful. We were and in and out in no time. Thanks for the great service!

I wish I could give it a zero. This location is unprofessional. Front desk staff talked to patients rudely. She was having conversations with other staff that were not work related while patients stood in front of her. I could clearly hear in the back of the waiting room. The techs are not friendly at all. This location needs to shut down or get a more professional staff. I don't recommend anyone going there. It's a waste of time.

Went here and they stuck me one time and couldn't get blood and refused to try again.... Isn't that their job?? Trying one time is not good enough!!!
