“I came in to purchase Christmas decorations for my company's lobby. I approached Ginna to get some decoration ideas. She was amazing! She spent over an hour with me helping me to group things and encouraging me to go with my gut. She did this between many other customers asking for her assistance, and always with great attitude and pleasure. She went above and beyond and her help was greatly appreciated. The same goes for Jenn. When I checked out she wrapped everything for me, took my 2 overflowing baskets of treasures to my car, and helped me to load it all. I’m so grateful to these ladies! Home Goods is blessed to have such hard-working, pleasant employees.”
“Our basement storage room was transformed into a beautiful theater room with the most amazing sound system, door, beautiful lighting, platform seating, AV rack, and wall mounted television. We also had a wet bar with quartz countertops, shelving, cabinets, refrigerator, and microwave installed into an area with plumbing left from when the house was constructed. The entire project took about 7 weeks. We were a bit apprehensive about trying to think about what exactly we wanted the space to look like. This was no problem at all - the kitchen design center team took care of the color choices, carpet colors, chair selection, cabinet colors, fixtures, etc. The timeless design fits the style of our home. It was quite a relief to have the design taken care of by the wonderful team at Gramophone - it made our job easy and it was quite fun to have colors/fixtures/cabinets/etc narrowed down for us. We had an amazing construction crew - everyone from the project & installation manager, framers, electricians, countertop install, plumbers, painters, carpet installers, AV, HVAC, etc were all so nice and extremely knowledgeable. The attention to detail by the crew was amazing and at the end of the day, everything was clean, neat, and tidy. It was fun to see progress every night and we learned a lot during the construction process. Gramophone kept us up-to-date on progress, schedule, and any questions we had were immediately answered. We were very impressed at how everyone at Gramophone worked together as a team. I feel like this was the smoothest construction project we will ever have - instead of stress we found ourselves enjoying the process. We highly recommend the awesome team at Gramophone and we can't thank you enough for our beautiful theater room and wet bar.”

I purchased a bathroom vanity, Wyndham Collection WCF2929-60D-VCA-M58 with Carrara Cultured Marble Top. It only comes with one side splash but my project needs two. I didn’t want to errantly order the wrong item so I went directly to their customer service, online, and spoke to a representative. He looked at my order and provided me with a direct link to purchase the Avanity SUT22-SS in Carrara White. Upon arrival, discovered it was too dark and too thick in comparison to the Wyndham version. Called and spoke to another representative to process the return label, yet I am penalized and pay the shipping fees from their error? He also said his colleague would give me a call the following day after 2 pm to coordinate ordering the correct piece and that never occurred. Not to mention the time & cost of my contractor that was working the project, who’s now on hold until Ferguson can hold their inventory & customer service accountable.Very disappointed.”
